TARP Investigation Report

Special Inspector to testify before Congress today on TARP report. The report hints at the possibility of future bailouts and surprisingly admits the Big Government policies encouraged and continue to encourage high risk behavior.

By that, I hope they mean that government's failture to encourage low-risk behavior, lead to high-risk behavior.
