Well, he made a vicious attack against LewRockwell.com, and a swipe at Dr. Paul, and now he's out. I actually thought he was one of the more decent ones in the race, but it looks like someone got to him. All Tancredo supporters, welcome to the Revolution. Get your secure borders and elimination of the income tax here! Let's keep this train rollin'.

I don't think Tancredo was too bad
I think he had a mission to bring immigration to the forefront.
I don't think his candidacy was ever meant to go anywhere.
I wonder if the border security talk will go away when Hunter and Tancredo drop out? Oh wait, Ron Paul is the only other one that actually cares.
I say welcome Tancredo supporters with open arms, just like the Fredheads after NH, it's their constituents that will go to Ron Paul.
All that will be left after NH is Ron Paul and a bunch of liberal fakeos (Romney and MAYBE Guiliani). No one else has money to run ads in the later primaries.

This is a chance to get his supporters! How do I know? I WAS one of them when Tancredo first announced. I switched once I found out about Dr. Paul and realized Dr. Paul has a better chance of winning. Tancredo supporters have two BIG things in common with us. 1 - They don't like being lied to, and Tancredo tells it like it is (just like Dr. Paul). 2 - They want the border secured, just like Dr. Paul does.
This is a chance to welcome them. There may not be too many of them, due to the fact many Republicans now days love to be lied to and support Rudy McRomney. But the Tancredo supporters can help us. WELCOME THEM!

tancredo was my man, until i found ron paul and realized tancredo was a one issue horse, and ron paul had so many of the same beliefs as me. hopefully we can get half of tancredo's supporters. i figure the other half will go to duncan hunter's camp, until he bows out, then we should get most of those folks.
A Different View
I am going to give Tancredo the benefit of the doubt. Another way to read what he said is he is asking Ron Paul to disavow these statements made by the guy who wants amnesty, but still supports him.
It could be that Tancredo sees this as the potential for another Old Media attack on RP, just like the white supremacist's donation, and wants Ron to go on the offensive.

Thanks for supporting my viewpoint. I just can't see Tancredo discrediting Ron Paul. Sure hope I am right on that one. We will see if I am when Tancredo holds his press conference tomorrow.
BTW, I am a retired mortgage banker - 30+ years in the industry - so I had a front row seat while the S &l crisis unfolded.

I certainty doubt he'll endorse Romney, Huck, Giuliani, and McCain.
Perhaps Fred Thompson, but Thompson is going down in flames also...
Buchanan's wife works with the Tancredo campaign, maybe a 1-2 punch endorsement for Paul would be in line.

Well, yeah, maybe. Pre-announcement the Republican contenders included three border hawks: Tancredo, Hunter, & Paul. Given Tancredo's and Hunter's apparent agreement on mass murder in the Middle East, it seems unlikely that he would endorse The Good Doctor. That will doubtless sway SOME of his supporters, but the rest of the border hawks may well gravitate towards us, insofar as Paul leads Hunter by a fair stretch.
As for the creationist cadre, they'll likely hitch themselves to Huckabee's star.
As for Angela ("Bay") Buchanan, she's Pat's SISTER.
