weather modification?

china openly manipulates weather.. i dont see why they wouldnt just create their own rainstorms to solve the drought problems..

I mean, if they can stop rain, im sure they can start it..

yes

i did watch that episode when it came out.. they arent the only ones draining the water though, its more so the multinational corporations that are involved in this. I mean, Nestle pumping endless water out of the lakes for $100 a year? i pay that in a few months with my measly water usage..

T. Boone Pickens thinks water is the new oil

"If water is the new oil, T. Boone Pickens is a modern-day John D. Rockefeller. Pickens owns more water than any other individual in the U.S. and is looking to control even more. He hopes to sell the water he already has, some 65 billion gallons a year, to Dallas, transporting it over 250 miles, 11 counties, and about 650 tracts of private property"

Shall we pray for rain?

Chinese officials said Wednesday they were preparing for "a severe, long-lasting drought" in the key wheat-producing eastern province of Shandong, with no rain in sight until mid-month and possibly beyond in the parched region.
On Tuesday, the U.N. food agency warned that the months long drought was putting pressure on wheat prices in China, the world's largest wheat grower. Average flour prices rose more than 8 percent in January from the previous two months.
As the drought continues, the focus will be on whether China, which is largely self-sufficient in wheat, will reach out for imports and how that would affect global prices for the staple, which has already risen about 35 percent since mid-November.
China's national weather bureau forecasts little if any rain for the Shandong region through Feb. 17.

Shall we pray for rain?

From A Prayer For Rain
Words and Music by Matthew Aznoe

"Shower, O heavens, from above, and let the clouds rain down righteousness; let the earth open, that salvation and righteousness may bear fruit; let the earth cause them both to sprout; I the LORD have created it."
(Isa 45:8 ESV)

A scorching sun on barren land.
You struggle with the truth and begin to understand,
that God can use these times of trial, to make a heart of gold.
