For a good analysis of the FOX lies

please see this at www.TheReaganWing.com

I don't think anyone has really pointed out the doctoring that went on last week!

This article also does a nice job of presenting the Fox lies about Ron Paul AND the importance of them getting this right.

screw you FOX

you are enemy number one.

rot in hell.

Youtube is trying to hide this video as much as possible

Youtube is excluding this video from the most viewed in politics section. They are intentionally trying to lower the amount of people who see this video and learn the truth. I suggest you guys help do what I did and send them a fax. www.faxzero.com - YouTube, LLC Fax: 1 650-253-0001

What I sent was "Hello. I'd really appreciate it you guys weren't biased. It's obvious you are trying to cover up the fact that Fox news intentionally is trying to defame Ron Paul in that CPAC Deception video and not even showing it in the top viewed political video section in an attempt to have less people see it. Also, in Google trends, "fox news caught" was removed once the story got out. I'd appreciate if you did your job and were fair to everyone equally. Thanks."

I saw it on the front page

I saw it on the front page when it first came out and was getting lots of views fast.

Letter to Judge, Ron Paul "V"FOX NEWS Media Murder Attempt

I have worked hard on this deception by Fox News, this is in no way a retraction befitting the deceit. A scandalous saga continues as another deception is aired by Fox. Leaving Fox viewers even more uninformed to matters of truth concerning Ron Paul's popularity.

I have emailed Congressmen, Senators, Judge Napolitano, and posted all over the web. Sadly none of these officials bother to answer my plea, although, I do have proof of Judge Nap's receiving it. I need a team of Patriot's to help me expose Fox. Fox has not made a proper and honest retraction, they must air correct video, Apologize without excuse in Prime Time. To help repair their own damage to Ron Paul and properly inform viewers... Please help me by sending letters, emails and continue to inform the public. You can reach Judge Napolitano on Facebook (like) and post a demand for real justice with a full retraction, airing the true CPAC video. Any place you can post tell and retell the story of this lie.
In the months to come, I hope all patriots lean hard on all media for HONESTY for the sake of Ron Paul. This is my letter to Judge Nap. Post it everywhere, modify it, or make your own. Just help me please...
Freedom Watch
Judge Napolitano
Judge Nap

Judge, Fox News has not yet aired the proper video of Congressman Ron Paul's Recent CPAC first place win. Fox News has not yet apologized to viewers in a way to give them a proper perspective of the truth. Nor has Fox News shown proper and respectful remorse for airing misleading video to viewers.

Follows is my original letter to you Judge, with my plea for Justice in this matter. Once again I submit to you as a man of honor to see that a retraction is properly carried out in a timely manner.

Judge Napolitano

Fox news has deceived all viewers by purposely airing Video of Congressman Ron Paul's win at CPAC that was several years old. Fox altered the video by changing the date to make it appear to be recent. In airing this video, they have misled viewers in a way that directly affects Ron Paul. Fox did this knowing it would defame Ron Paul, the old video having negative reaction. While the recent and correct video is the opposite, showing joyful celebration.

I am asking you to take action, to restore honesty in this situation, and make every effort to repair the negative inclination of the older video. Fox clearly chose this video, and altered it in a calculated act meant to defraud and cause damage to the public perception of Congressman Ron Paul. Fox has so defrauded the public that the result of their action may cause irreparable damage to Congressman Ron Paul and any future public endeavor he may seek.

In taking action, you must be stern in demanding Fox air a prime-time television plus Radio apology to Congressman Ron Paul and viewers. Apology must be accompanied with Fox’s own admission of Guilt and explanation of obvious intent to deceive, barring any excuses to the contrary. I am asking you to demand that this Fox announcement be aired prime time on four separate dates spaced over a period of 8 days. Announcing the apology in repetition to restore truth and repair as much damage as possible to the Honorable Congressman Ron Paul.

I am counting on your quick and timely actions to this issue. I am also asking you to monitor Fox in order to stop future dishonorable acts of deception. Thank you for reading my letter, I will be expecting a reply from you explaining action taken and schedule of apologies and admissions of guilt by Fox.

And keep in mind

the treatment Ron Paul received at the Anderson Cooper hosted Republican candidate debate on CNN with Paul-Huckabee-McCain-Romney. It was a dis-respectful charade.

Fox, CNN - they are all the same and marching to the same orders.

The law cannot make a wicked person virtuous…God’s grace alone can accomplish such a thing.

Never Forgive Never Forget...Remember This People?

This segment of Ron Paul from the 2008 debate was cut from the rebroadcast by FOX all over the country

Of course he's electable!

Here was the Digg link with 9,941 Diggs...

FOX is never going to quit...and we shouldn't either...

(I found this on this link http://www.dailypaul.com/24889/omg-fox-forces-removal-of-ron... )

Apologize? Court said it's ok for Fox to lie

from last year

Fox News gets okay to misinform public, court ruling

we are the Remnant

Neocons getting really rattled!

I LOVE IT. The Neocons are really rattled and they are starting to make stupid mistakes. This deliberate deception only makes us Paul supporters stronger and makes the Fox news candidates weaker. Ron is really going to shake up the GOP this year! Yeee-haaaa! Bring it!

Let's keep fighting! Tunisia, Egypt, Bahrain, Yemen, the GOP! Let's bring them down! Time for the people to take back their government!

Wishful Thinking

Re: theguy

That's wishful thinking buddy.

You really think the pro-warfare-welfare (mainly warfare) network known as Fox News is going to do anything pro-Ron Paul. It was clearly deliberate. They didn't accidentally introduce the segment with a clear 'Oh, what did you think about the booing'. If I had RP on as a network, the first thing I would say is congratulations. They have done dirty tricks to the good Doctor in the past and the sooner you stop thinking of Fox News is something as good as sliced bread, the better. Start thinking for yourself.

Who pushed WMDs before Iraq with no real journalistic investigation? Who downplays the hundreds of thousands civilian deaths overseas in our undeclared conflicts? Who shouts people down who have legitimate questions about 9/11 - yeah that's right Fox News.

I think the altered media

I think the altered media footage and the young americans for liberty crap was all planned prior to cpac. I was not at cpac but this is how it looks to me. I think the young americans for liberty were part of the media script. the media was trying to make the public think that the only way paul won was that he paid people to be thier. he did not represent true conservatives, or the young and that the majority at cpac were not loyal to paul. So before cpac started the young americans printed flyers denouncing ron paul and the media had already had a plan on how to spin it with the boos from 2010.

You mean YAF - Young Americans for Freedom?

Not YAL - Young Americans for Liberty?

yeah, the man is definitely confused....YAL is not the same as YAF. YAF was the organization distributing anti-Ron Paul flyers...not YAL!! Please take note everyone!

I dare you to be fair and balanced by posting Fox's apology.

How is Lew Rockwell (chairman of the Mises Institute) in your "worst people" category?? alongside Krugman?? Really?? Lew Rockwell is a staunch Libertarian who has been on the front lines for a long time now....Do you really understand what you're talking about?? Because it doesn't seem so.

What are you talking about shill?

The thread you posted in, is the Fox apology!

How could you not be aware of that unless you're just randomly posting to threads? Just using a search engine to get here?

I see you've already posted to this thread previously too. You want to explain your serious lack of awareness?

There are similarities...

which is why we thought we could get away with it. And we would've gotten away with it if it hadn't been for you meddling kids and that mangy mutt too.

If men are good, you don't need government; if men are evil or ambivalent, you don't dare have one.

Water Under The Bridge Now ! However, the damage has...

already been done. Anyone who has been around media understands that when using a clip and or giving a interview or writing an article it is your job to check and recheck information given to you or you lose all credibility as a journalist or media organization.
Being involved with Congressman Paul since the seventies the chances of this being a legitimate mistake is a very low probability.
Tactics used by the media in the past during elections and or towards those who are not part of the establishment are more then less and very similar to this. Once it has been aired, mistake or not the damage has been done and put into the minds of those listening. It would be similar to a lawyer knowing that he is not to say a certain statement during examination of a witness but in order to get the jury to think his way he says it regardless if it is stricken from records or not so, he said it. In this case the video and initial slam on Congressman Paul from 2010 has been implemented.
My opinion is only one and all others have to be intelligent enough to make up his own mind and move on.

Let us continue the fight for freedom and not get distracted by the msm. They want to control all who listen. Filter through this situation and move on.

damn sorry "apology"

Maybe they have a different filing system for clips

Rather than having the file marked "File footage CPAC 2O1O", there is instead a picture of a heavyset man at a podium. So when Diane the newb intern reached into the 20 gallon drum of VHS tapes where they're all mixed together, she inadvertently grabbed the one one with the picture of the heavyset man in the BLACK suit rather than the one in the GRAY suit. FOX news prides themselves on their employees bennies, so I'm sure that even though Diane is a temp, they'll prolly spring for an eye exam over at JustSpecs during her lunch break. Totally honest mistake.

Completely disagree! Here's

Completely disagree! Here's why:

1. Glenn Beck is continuously calling Dr. Paul names, like "kooky."

2. I participated in the Fox News presidential poll on their website last weekend. It said that entries would be taken until 5 pm EST on Saturday, at which time the runoff between Division 1 and 2 would happen (which began with 16 different names - 8 in each Division). The last I saw, at 7 pm EST, Ron Paul was in dead heat with Sarah Palin between the two divisions - with all 14 other names lost. Unfortunately, and for whatever reason, there was never any runoff between the two. I really wanted to see the results between Palin and Dr. Paul!!!

Honest mistake? Heck no! Conspiracy? YOU DECIDE!

The Daily Paul should sue for libel on Dr. Paul's behalf!!!!!

"Libel: Defame somebody. To publish false and malicious statements about somebody that damage his or her reputation"

This is what Fox News has done to Ron Paul!!!!

Yes they have!

Time after time after time after time after...

Debbie's picture

I agree, but I think it would be for slander as that is for

verbal false and malicious statements that could damage someone's reputation. We need a good lawyer to step up to the plate!

Unfortunately, I don't think

Unfortunately, I don't think RP could recover for damages as he would be considered a celebrity or well-known enough to refute this in the public eye.

Am I the only one here who doesn't think it was a conspiracy?

I hate to say it but it seems to be a sign of pretty low intelligence to think that this was a conspiracy, given that Fox as an organization would have known that viewers would immediately recognize it was the wrong video. Everybody remembers last year's CPAC, and would immediately recognize that it was last years video. Fox knows that. And they know that Paul supporters are watching like hawks. It's either A. - a mistake. Or B. - One really low intelligence anti-Paul guy in the editing room who was stupid enough to think no one would notice. Thinking that this was a conspiracy is just plain stupid. Almost as stupid thinking that 9/11 was an inside job. Can we stop the conspiratorial thinking? The enemy is not Fox News. They actually have Paul on more than any other network. And they have more libertarians working for them than any other network. Try to have some maturity in your thinking.

My favorite people in the world: Ron Paul, Glenn Beck, Peter Schiff, Judge Napolitano, Milton Friedman, Bob Barr, and John Stossel

conspiracy doesn't mean "insane nut bag"

conspiracy just means more then one person acted in concert for a specific reason, that they don't really want to advertise.

conspiracy happens all day, every day, 24/7/365

are you trying to frame everyone here as implying this is some sort of GRAND CONSPIRACY, 5 YEARS LONG, ONE EDGE OF THE CORPORATION TO THE OTHER?

please. are you really that daft? there's a broad spectrum of conspiratorial activity, not all of it involves billions of dollars, millions of lives, untold depths of evil...

sometimes it's just two people, looking to screw with someone's reputation. just a small little zinger.

now please, stop making yourself look like a damn fool.
