Something else to consider is that your local

municipal court, county court and state district courts have conviction rates of nearly 99.6% Do you wonder where due process has gone to ? Can everyone be guilty of EVERYTHING a cop see's or hears about and subsequently writes (if they take the time to write the complaint) a complaint about. All the hearsay, most of the time it's to pad the docket, create a bond and then have the victim plead out just to get the default judgment and use the bid bond created with which to sell the judgment to the United States District Courts. Do you wonder why these so called police are everywhere. A minor traffic stop draws 20 police cars. If your writing these bonds and selling them almost 100% of the time you can afford 20,000 cops. These bonds are based on exemptions, YOURS AND MINE. When you go into court if you do not claim the exemption then you waive it. 90% of the time what your walking into when you go into court is a probate. A judge will perform a constructive trust to which you will default and the prosecution will claim per 1099-A or acquisition.
All these courts have DUNS numbers and are very much corporate entities. According to Federal law a public official involved in the creation of commercial paper is civilly liable for any damages done as the result of doing the business and violating their oaths to uphold Constitutional guarantees. It's a conflict of interest.

Just one last kick in the nuts, then a final deathblow

Hi

This idea was mirrored in an episode of Danger Man called "Colony Three"[5] in which Drake infiltrates a spy school in Eastern Europe during the Cold War. The school, in the middle of nowhere, is set Logo Design Services up to look like a normal English town in which pupils and instructors mix as in any other normal city, but the instructors are virtual prisoners with little hope of ever leaving

Least free "Prison State" on Earth? An observation!

China's government is certainly no friend of liberty, as a cesspool of corruption and intimidation, of crony "capitalism" and repression, of bigotry and repression against their minorities rivalling the worst excesses of the USA in our worst years and regions; even today, it takes its shameful place among the more disreputable tyrannies of the world!!

I don't know if their maltreatment, forced displacements, and jailings without trial of Uighurs (Muslims) in their Northwest, the Tibetians, and others less known to the West--Who certainly have at least the same rights to independence and both cultural and territorial integrity as e.g. Puerto Rico, Alaska, Guam, and Hawaii, among other victims of Washington DC imperialism--it is to the eternal shame of people who have called us the "land of the free" that we have more than THREE TIMES THE NUMBER OF VICTIMS IN THE AMERICAN GULAG than the People's Republic of China when adjusted for our two country's respective populations!

I don't suppose a comparison with the horrible repression of Falun Gong in that country with the cold-blooded extermination of Branch Davidians in Texas and the subsequent coverup by the US government here forms a valid comparison of the two regimes, does it?

China, as far as I know, doesn't base their army and navy outside their own country, killing, burning and maiming countless thousands, if not millions of human beings in their "wars for democrazy" around the world.

The gang of barbarian usurpers and murderers in Washington DC does!! What was that observation about "war is the health of the State"?

On the other hand, China awoke from the anthill collectivist nightmare of Mao Zedong (c.50-75 MILLION dead!) in the past three decades, didn't they? What is America's excuse?

These are all interesting comparisons, even if somewhat embarassing for an American! Wishing everyone...

2,019,234 prisoners

X ~$50,000 per year per prisoner

= $1,005,961,700,000/year

That's over a trillion FRNs every single year.

Death penalty anyone?

Science from the Scripture

Repent, for the reign of YaHUaH is near!

Death penalty anyone? how about the guvment?

Normally I would say that we shouldn't degrade ourselves to the abysmal levels of those who create and administer the prisons and the constabulary of the government! We should not support execution, even if our enemies do!

On the other hand, there may be some common justice in putting to death some bureaucrats who blatantly profit from the systme; whose personal actions result in the death, or even permanent incapacitation, of their victims in the Armed forces, the Federal or State Prison system, the wretched Federal "reservations" for the displaced Native American Indians, to say also the victims of "rendition" by the CIA of so-called "suspects" of so-called "terrorism". The death penalty for such miscreants, malefactors, and brutes--along with their commanders--may not be altogether out of place in an otherwise humane, civilized, and free society and economy!

Add to that, if it should matter, these bureaucrats, and their bosses at the topmost level, are paid far more than the poor prisoners--or even their guards--and thus the savings from the executions of senior bureau(c)rats in FEDGOV--and State and municipal subsidiaries--would save comparable, if not greater, amounts of money to us taxpayers!

PEACE AND FREEDOM!!

PS- Like the purges of post-revolutionary Russia, these things can get very easily out of control, ultimately devouring the revolutionaries themselves! I am writing here as an exercise in ethical decision theory, not policy advocacy! Taking a human life is justifiable only in saving one or more lives, and then only when all else fails!--DKM

Where's the Death Penalty chart?

Those would be some shocking numbers in our favor (USA), I'm sure.

The war on drugs

is the prison industry's main supplier.

Prison is good business

You just need to pay off some judges to get the inventory.

The taxpayers pay for the rest.

Good find. I blame stupid drug laws.

Why am I having to pay for someone who smoked some pot???

Ridiculous. And I don't even use it.

But I could care less if someone else wants to.

I hope I get on a jury for this sometime - or tax evasion.

That's another one where I'll find the defendant "NOT GUILTY."

"We have allowed our nation to be over-taxed, over-regulated, and overrun by bureaucrats. The founders would be ashamed of us for what we are putting up with."

You must mean that you

You must mean that you couldn't care less if someone else wants to.

And people debate whether the police state and NWO are coming

I say look around; it's here. You're not in prison because they haven't gotten to you yet.

Land of the Free?

Absolutely disgusting!

Its just a testament to our high quality

Police forces. We catch all our criminals, while in other countries they run free. Yeah, that's it.

End the war on drugs and the "blame game" victimizations.

It is a number one "weaponization" tool.
Route out criminaltity, but end the "blind" war on drugs.

And never forget, “Humans, despite our artistic pretensions, our sophistication and many accomplishments, owe the fact of our existence to a six-inch layer of topsoil and the fact that it rains.”

Follow the money

prisoners are worth $$$$ to the WALL STREET owners of many of these prisons...empty cells don't enhance profits

behind each number there is human tragedy

incredible.

You know...when I just see the "numbers" of those killed in

the wars, it doesn't affect me any where near as much...as when I see their young faces. You have a sweet soul to realize that these numbers have deeper meanings.

Take that North Korea!! No UK

Take that North Korea!!

No UK in the top 10? Gutting..

This is so sad, I bet WAY

This is so sad, I bet WAY over 50% are drug related or other victomless crimes

NO VICTIM NO CRIME!

WHY are we so INSANE? WHY did EGYPT beat us to what we should be doing?

HOW MUCH LONGER WILL WE BE BLATANTLY LIED TO with NO ACTION?

Not only that....

But they supposedly have more reasons to imprison you: faith, speaking against government policy, etc. And they're 2nd?

That's what I was thinking...

at this rate, I don't think anyone will catch us! Especially now that they are busting anyone caught with "fake drugs" We have to do what we have to do to stay number 1 in freedom...I mean incarceration... USA USA USA USA!

just wow

U.S. Prisoners are Collateral for the "National Debt"

Look up U.S. Prison population chart. Look up "National Debt" chart. Put them side by side.
The British Crown Corporation known locally as U.S. Government and registered in City of London in 1871 holds Americans as collateral for it's debts in debtor prisons. These are operated by the Bank of England (stateside) known locally as The Federal Reserve set up by the Bank of England in
1913. When are you guys going to get it that America is a prison work colony?
The TSA is not there for your protection. This is a lockdown of the facility. Wake up or die.

That's pretty much the size of it.
