Don’t Worry (Novak Hints at Paul Iowa Surprise)
In Iowa he’ll be close to 20% (at least, 3rd or maybe 2nd) and in New Hampshire he’ll be over 20%. About two week ago you were hearing local political commentators in New Hampshire saying that Ron had twice as many yard signs up as all the other candidates (Republican and Democrat) put together. Ron is going to shock the MSM in Iowa and totally discredit them in New Hampshire. Remember people right now the GOP is unmotivated, if Ron is getting 7 to 8% of likely (previous) Republican voters, he’ll be right at 20% or more on election day.
See this comment in Bob Novak’s weekly roundup:
Rep. Ron Paul (Tex.) continues to amaze on many levels, and he had finally started to register on the polls. In last Tuesday's Midwestern ice storm, almost every Iowa event was cancelled. The exception was a Paul rally, which drew hundreds. His crowds are regularly huge and enthusiastic. He chalked up another record fundraising day on Sunday's anniversary of the Boston Tea Party, with more than $6 million in online donations in a single day.

Maybe I should book my
Maybe I should book my Washington DC hotel reservations for January 2009...Dr. Paul's message is resonating with people all over the world and nobody can stop the momentum...I can hardly wait until this country is again a beacon of freedom...

I've believed for the last
I've believed for the last two weeks that we, the grassroots, need to carry this campaign through Iowa and New Hampshire. IF WE DO WELL THERE, HQ will have tons more ammo, tons more reason for people to believe he can win, tons more proof the media is being unfair.
Let's finish strong these next two weeks and see what happens. I'm excited to get a good gauge on RP's support since we know how polls are...
