The most logical coarse of action we seem for us to press the medical boards that currently control radiological procedures within our home states because these scanners are without question radiological equipment. The people operating these machines are clearly not qualified to operate radiological equipment and do know the difference between safe and unsafe operation. The unqualified TSA operators should be subject to existing state laws and applicable sanctions designed to prevent the unqualified from performing non-licensed medical procedures as well as penalties for performing such medical procedures without specific order of board certified physicians. If not, it won’t be long before TSA goons are performing cataract surgery under the guise that they can’t get a clear retinal scan on your Grandmother.
