Video Update: G. Edward Griffin on Glenn Beck Discusses Jekyll Island

Part 2:

The Creature from Jekyll Island

Part 3:

I don't trust Beck as far as I can throw him, but I've got to give him credit for every so often shedding some light on the truth.

He just announced he will be inviting G. Edward Griffin on Friday's show to discuss The Creature From Jekyll Island.

Should be interesting.

I have not read the comments below but...

too put his support towards Cain that was a director of the Federal Reserve Bank and OPPOSE the Ron Paul Bill to Audit the Federal Reserve makes NO SENSE AT ALL. Case Close!

Beck's faith problem

I have got a good clip on Glenn - Christian perspective

I don't see the problem.

This program was probably the reason

that Fox let him go.

You would have to ASSUME Fox doesn't know about...

...the Creature, Ron Paul's movement, and Campaign for Liberties impact as an annoyance to Statists...

I predicted a while back the the Fed will End when a new world reserve currency is issued...that doesn't mean we've WON anything.. We will be issued a new "coin of the realm" in a bigger realm...and we will be told to OBEY once again by a new dictator.

Definition: REALM - a royal domain; kingdom:

I think it was Beck's focus on George Soros and the possible liability that would be to Fox News.

"First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they attack you, then you win!"

"The belief is worthless if the fear of social and physical punishment overrides the belief."

I wouldn't be surprised - the final straw.

That threatened to break the devil's back.

Do you know the average FOX viewer's age?

is the relevance of that?

Best Glenn Beck video to share. Full 40 min version:

Send this to anyone you know that loves Glenn Beck or Fox News. At least they will learn about the most terrible violator of liberty, and a good book that covers it.

A very good video to share with "Republicans."

Also send them a link so they can easily contact their representatives on auditing the Fed. Tell them to ask their reps to support HR 459 in the House, and S 202 in the Senate:

i hate to say it, but i usually say the same - or very similar - think as gb does. about the fed, i usually say something like "based on a free market philosophy alone, w/o all the conspiracy theories, every American should hate the fed."

Glen Beck is POISON. He is

Glen Beck is POISON. He is the regulator on the steam valve of truth coming out. They can't stop it, but they can sure disperse and redirect it. Just look at his piggy face and his piggy eyes. He is a liar.

I cannot resist posting one of my son's response:

"What is Beck, 12 years old? If you can withstand being talked to like a child for 40 minutes, you can get a basic run down of the history of the Federal Reserve Bank from Griffin. Most people can see that Wall Street and the Fed raped the American people in the last few years but few understand that the banking structure itself it predicated upon the same dynamics."

Wait till they get the book in their hands. Its a hefty piece of reading lol. I remember when I picked it up... but it was a mind blowing read.

Glenn likes to pat himself on the back

What really frustrates me the most about Beck is that he frequently will say that he predicted the economic issues before they happened...what!?! I remember watching him back in 2006-7 when his show on CNN was often railing against the threats of terrorists abroad simply because they hate our freedom and religion. Sorry Glenn...you are still an intellectual child trying to play in the big boy's game.

All-in-all though I am happy he was willing to devote an entire show to the discussion of the Fed. Given the fact that Beck likes to pander to the political winds...this should give us hope that our fellow Americans are slowly waking up from their 100 yrs sleep!

Glenn Beck says that HE is the chief conspiracy therorist?!

I don't think so. He must know someone named Alex Jones, ya think?

Griffin and the other guest were probably told before time Not to mention the name of Ron Paul during this interview. I would have thought that G. Edward would have done so if he was not musseled by FOX.

The obvious unasked question was: How do we stop this tyranny?
How do we End The Fed?

Who supported Ronald Reagan when on one else would and before we went over to the dark side.

Ron Paul

"During his eight years in office, Ronald Reagan increased federal spending by 53 percent, added a quarter of a million new civilian government employees, escalated the War on Drugs, created the "drug czar's office," and lowered the value of your 1980 dollar to 73 cents"

SteveMT's picture

I'm not disputing what you are saying.

Reagan was already on the dark side by the time he became President or soon thereafter.

I dont think

I have heard Ron speak specifically about Reagans legacy. The article from Mises is pretty telling and I would like to hear Ron speak to those facts. We often here Palin say she is a Ronald Reagan republican. Does she or most Americans know what that means.

Yeah, and the fact that he

Yeah, and the fact that he plugged Palin and didn't mention Ron Paul once is despicable and shows just what Beck is all about.

“Liberty means responsibility. That is why most men dread it.” -George Bernard Shaw

Lol, near the end where the

Lol, near the end where the guy asks a question about ETFs and Beck responds laughing, "Oh that's the electronic transfer thing right?". No, Beck, that's exchange traded funds idiot, and there is no where near enough gold or silver to pay out if investors all decided to cash out at once.

This was a pretty good show overall, but I wasn't a big fan of the guy from Cato and the first few minutes of the show during Beck's monologue were almost unbearable.

“Liberty means responsibility. That is why most men dread it.” -George Bernard Shaw

Totally right on that. That

Totally right on that. That guy from Cato was sterile and provided no substantive info. Maybe that's why they had him on; maybe it was a setup for an international currency like SDRs that have some gold in them.

My analysis: Beck is filth

Anyone who thinks this guy is sincere, I would point out that on a show supposedly exposing the fed, he gets in a plug for Sarah Palin for president, and not a single word about Ron Paul, much less inviting the author of End the Fed to speak on this particular program. Does anyone really think he and his producers just forgot that there's a connection between RP and this topic?

Beck does two things: 1) he distorts people's legitimate concerns and channels their energy into useless people/endeavors and 2) He toxifies legitimate issues simply by claiming to care about them...You think any Maddow-watching imbecile liberals are going to be comfortable agreeing with Beck about anything? They now aren't "allowed," according to their own sensibilities, to be outraged about our central bank.

On that point, the show certainly didn't convey the appropriate sense of outrage about what the fed is and does. The closest thing to that was G. Edward Griffin explaining that it's a Ponzi scheme, and touching on the NWO stuff. But Beck carefully steered the conversation away from the larger political implications, and toward silly nitpicky points about inflation, etc....effects instead of causes and motivations.

Hopefully enough people will educate themselves as a result of this program that it will be a net gain for the liberty movement. But if that turns out to be the case, it will be in spite of, not because of, the agenda of Beck and his handlers.

Early on I think Beck was offered and jumped at the chance to be the "libertarian" Bill O'Reilly.

NOTE: I am not advocating violence in any way. The content of the post is for intellectual, theoretical, and philosophical discussion. FEDS, please don't come to my house.
