"Anonymous" sends Open Letter to all U.S. Citizens. I am 100% IN!!

You have got to see this....

This is from the hackers that have been shutting down bank sites, etc. I think you need to read this letter...tell me what you think?

Via Zero Hedge:

Dear US Citizens,

We, Anonymous, would like to offer you, America, the opportunity to join and support our movement. We are a group that formed on the internet - one that knows no constructs or absolutes, and one that has recently grown exponentially. We would like to introduce an Operation. An Operation that involves Americans getting our National Rights and dreams back....To effectively reform the system that has enslaved us, we must consider the advice and example of those who have preceded us. Thomas Jefferson, Andrew Jackson, Abraham Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt, and JFK are good places to start. All took fierce positions against central banking, government corruption and corporate power... The time has come for us to unite, the time has come for us to stand up and fight.

Let's keep an eye on

this and see where it goes. They are not really requiring anything...just us being aware...that is it.

This is right out of the ZIONIST playbook

Anonymous my ASS more like REDS, Marxists,Bolschiviks,Young Turks and all the other code name groups set up by the House of Rothschild for the STATE that they own. Buy guns, ammo, gold.silver now.

especial

I don't like or trust anyone

I don't like or trust anyone that has to put a hood over its face. If you believe in something come out in the light.

Many good works are done anonymously.

Any person working openly with Anonymous is subject to kidnapping, torture, trial and execution without ever finding out what crime they are accused of committing. All done "legally" in this country by our national government, to it's own citizens, under the Patriot Act. Perhaps this is why they choose anonymity.

Utilize them...

where we can to achieve our goals & oppose them on the issues that we disagree on...pretty simple. Like the good doctor form coalitions, but that doesn't mean we have to necessarily agree on every issue.

“The Internet is the first thing that humanity has built that humanity doesn't understand, the largest experiment in anarchy that we have ever had." - Eric Schmidt

This is a bad idea.

If you follow the "important links" at the end of the letter, you see what they are really advocating. They want to eliminate property rights. They want to get rid of the market economy. They want to eliminate money, not just debt-based or fiat money, but ALL money.

They state:
"This is a delicate transformation our species is undergoing. The transition from a property - based global market economy to a gift - based cooperative society needs to be nonviolent, for as President John F. Kennedy said, "We seek not the worldwide victory of one nation or system, but a worldwide victory of men."

Without property rights or money, WHO will have all the power? That's right, you guessed it --the STATE! Not the individual. As Ayn Rand observed,

"Money is so noble a medium that it does not compete with guns and it does not make terms with brutality. It will not permit a country to survive as half-property, half-loot. Whenever destroyers appear among men, they start by destroying money, for money is men's protection, and the base of a moral existence."

WTF?

Some common interests but a few RED FLAGS.

Education for all
Healthcare human right
gender equality in the constitution?
No mention of gun ownership
And obviously no knowledge of WHY SCOTUS are lifetime appointees.

To clarify...education is a responsibility of the parents, healthcare is a service like serving food...we all need it but we gotta pay for it. The Constitution should have all references to race, sex, etc. removed. People are people.

SCOTUS are lifetime to avoid political pressures...I'd say fixing the senatorial elections and repealing the 17th ammendment would address this concern...Then the Senators may feel the need to actually vet their candidates in the interest of their state's rights. Perhaps "end judicial activism" would have been better.

Just my 2c

I can stand and fight on my own, thank you very much.

I don't like secret organizations. The trick is to stay one step ahead of those that could co-opt you.

I am getting a very BAD feeling about this.

I do not trust this so-called "Anonymous". I think it is a very phony, shallow attempt by radical Marxist progressives to get liberty-minded individuals to help crash the system. This makes me think that they are ready to take a stab at overthrowing the government. We need to restore our God-given liberty, not help usher in a tyrannical socialist "utopia".

I have not finished reading the letter, but the first warning sign for me was on the 2nd page, where it states, "We do not forgive."

No. Wrong! I am a Christian and I DO forgive. I do not sanction evil; I condemn the crimes, but I will always try to forgive. That way, I am at peace no matter what and I do not lose my soul to anger.

Ann in Florida

Well, I finished the letter..

Maybe they are well-intentioned and do sort of "get it", railing against the government corruption and the Fed. However, it still seems like they have a collectivist philosophy, demanding healthcare as a "human right". If you understand liberty, you know that no individual can demand free goods and services from others, because that is theft or slavery. "Immigration reform" is a euphemism for amnesty; "rebuild infrastructure"(while a worthy goal) means FDR-style Keynesian public works spending, etc. I do see "uphold the Constitution" in there (#15 out of 34, but if you could do that, it would pretty much take care of the rest of the list!

I really think these guys are typical "community organizer" types trying to control a bunch of people. I remain very skeptical.

Ann in Florida

These guys are more than

These guys are more than likely young and progressive leaning but they kind of get it.

"To effectively reform the system that has enslaved us, we must consider following the advice and example of those who have preceded us. Thomas Jefferson, Andrew Jackson, Abraham Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt, and JFK are good places to start. All took fierce positions against central banking, government corruption and corporate power."

They might have their history a little incorrect and their perspective is a little different but they're railing against "central banking, government corruption and corporate power."

Why don't we draft up a letter on supporting Ron Paul and destroying the FED, and personal liberty and mass send it to them?

Columbus, Ohio

Great Idea...

A letter of clarification...they are definitely a bit mislead...they seem to be leaning a little in the direction of class warfare...

“The Internet is the first thing that humanity has built that humanity doesn't understand, the largest experiment in anarchy that we have ever had." - Eric Schmidt

Lincoln and JFK were no enemies of the bankers.

Lincoln foisted the greenback on us in the first shot fired in the war for fiat currency. It was a bond scheme designed to control the currency and debase the dollar. The scheme of the greenback was the forerunner of the Federal Reserve system which was finally implemented by the children and grandchildren of the same bankers who conspired with Lincoln.

And if you think JFK was an enemy of the FED or a friend of silver, you have some reading to do. You've been hoodwinked by edited speeches and suffer from a lack of investigative reasoning.

This link should give you all the information you need to realize the JFK vs. the FED internet myth: http://www.freedomforceinternational.org/freedomcontent.cfm?...

How easily the left and the CFR co-pt the DP!?

So the new government trolls mention a couple names of founders, and the very people they want come salivating...

Oblivious to the obvious expression of globalist thinking and think-speak in the so called "annonymous" call to comradeship rather than individual liberty, people will be just what the list supposedly spoke against, in order to find a comfortable home in 'annonymous'!

"He" speaks of "Restore rights", instead of God given rights which are being threatened and criminally abused... 'rights' have never been lost, they are attacked by criminals 'ultra viras'... 'without the authority' to do so;

Enforce RICO?! The government created and is enforcing RICO, as a tool against freedom!

Break Up the Big Banks? Why? Let them compete on equal turf with any small bank that comes into free existence;

Break Up the Mainstream Media? Why focus on attacking private companies, giving government dictatorial power, when you can remove all government privilege and restore liberty and free market;

Clean Air, Water & Food?! Again a function of free market, NOT government control;

Make Healthcare a Human Right?! NOT... it is personal responsibility not big brother duty! This is Marxist;

Improve Education For All, Reduce Costs?! Again NOT, unless by local control and responsibility; WITHOUT ANY GOVERNMENT input or control or money!;

Rebuild Infrastructure?! Hogwash, this is socialism covered with chocolate. The duty of local government and free market;

Protect Internet Freedom?! IT is free and government that governs least, need not protect for the internet remains free without government control, either to stop or 'make free';

Empower States’ Rights?! They are full of power now, inalienable, and but await the choice of sovereign individuals in the several states to wield!

End Corporate Welfare? Ambiguous. End welfare and end corporate immunity for responsibility;

Fair taxes for everyone? Again why so ambiguous! End unconstitutional taxes and look to that same source for answers!

Force corporations to apply local labor laws in their global operations?? Leave corporations and unions to their own just desserts! They can compete in the free market to their hearts content, but with no court or government immunity or privileges! God bless free markets, including the right to work for whom, when, and for what you please... keeping all for which you traded your labor! ALL!

Strengthen environmental laws and force corporations to clean up their act?? Again a double edged sword with ambiguity! Purify the statutes from all such laws, instead returning personal and corporate liability and personal responsibility to the fore, allowing the state courts to due their duty! Maybe even abolish the 'lesser federal courts' entirely leaving the SC to it's cliped wings of constitutional mandates only!

Work for a real separation of church and state?! Who wrote this? There is separation of church and state in the constitutional sense... those who have been attacking that for years have ulterior motives to purify religion from the hearts and minds of all the people, especially those public servants chosen to be citizen servants in government. It is an idea anathema to the founders that those chosen to serve should at once be irreligious, for without religious contemplation of the true source of our liberties, there can only be left the existential struggle for right purely derived from might. That is the least promise of liberty and the greatest mother of tyranny!

Reinstate Habeus Corpus? It is inalienable, notwithstanding the criminals who have been attacking and need arresting!

Stop prison labor from competing with local businesses? Why not just stop prison labor completely, along with prison condos, steaks, shakes, spas, clubs... carry out exact sentence one time and the rate of recidivism will dramatically decline; notwithstanding there are many who should be freed, and maybe praised for their patriotism!

On the whole I find this post to smack of either government trolls collecting your data if you jump into the mix, or an incredibly constitutionally naive founder, who should get a real life of reading sound books like: "End the Fed", "Revolution: A Manifesto"! After that re-write the list and 'Mr. anonymous' will realize he need but join in with Daily Paul and other like minded patriot sites to effect real constitutional change!

Exactly, natural , God-given rights can never be taken away.

Our rights always EXIST, but they can be VIOLATED.

Ann in Florida

the commonality of the above

the commonality of the above listed presidents was the stance against the banks, so dont look beyond that.

I like it, anything to bring the focus on monetary policy is a good idea.

Lincoln!

dishonest Abe,you've got to be kidding. Couldn't support anything with the name of a marxist power hungry man who destroyed what the founding fathers created. To put his name with that of Jefferson is beyond horrible, Jefferson would roll in his grave. Can't unite with anyone that would use a mass murderer for an example, no thanks.

No absolutes! Sounds like get

No absolutes! Sounds like get the job done at any cost. We sent interested in that.troll elsewhere.

JFK and Roosevelt? Doesn't

JFK and Roosevelt? Doesn't sound like one of us.

Sounds like a trap to get

Sounds like a trap to get your name on some list. Until the patriot act is repealed, that could be problematic.

How could you prove "Anonymous" is legitimate?

It all sounds good (except Lincoln and TR)

But as they say, the devil is in the details.

Like, protect internet freedom ? what's that mean ? Do I have to let you use my network router for all your porn downloads ?

Health care a right ? Are they going to force people to provide it for others ?

Its good to think this way, but I hope they start to drill down deeper into how to acheive this, and think about what sacrifices need to be made.

For example, ending the fed will lead to many positive things, but the transition is difficult.

First

They need some proof reading. "Spook", commas instead of periods, etc. I can't take anyone I don't know seriously with grammatical errors.

Well...

The comma is supposed to be inside of the quotations. :)

NOTE: I am not advocating violence in any way. The content of the post is for intellectual, theoretical, and philosophical discussion. FEDS, please don't come to my house.

Ha ha..I feel the same. If

Ha ha..I feel the same. If you are going to speak in a public forum, you need it correctly done; however, any activism is great, to me. We can argue the Constitution's finer points, later. We also can't reverse the rotten education these people have been subjected to, obviously.

Hackers, lol. More like script kiddies who wouldn't know how to crack DES with a Cray T3 using brute force.

The real revolution is within the individual. When you realize you can change the world without the consent or participation of others, then you will change the world.

I don't know about Lincoln or

I don't know about Lincoln or Roosevelt but certainly Jefferson had it right. I think there's a mix of ideas here. Some neocon, some liberal, and some liberty oriented. I personally don't want to compromise with the first two. I think this just confuses people about what the freedom movement really wants.

Fascinating, thanks.

Incredible.

The beauty with anonymous is that no one knows how many there are, who they are, or where they are. They're borrowing both from Fight Club and Al Queda.

Here is some interesting background on where they came from:

Almost everyone posts as “anonymous.” In effect, this makes /b/ a panopticon in reverse — nobody can see anybody, and everybody can claim to speak from the center.

To be mean is never excusable, but there is some merit in knowing that one is; the most irreparable of vices is to do evil out of stupidity. - C.B.

I really

Think we should get behind this. For some reason I feel it is right.

I support the idea

but..I cant back someone I dont know of. And none of us know anything about him/her/them/whoever they are.
I need a bit more to get me to cross that line.
I guess its my advantage to being old...Im slower to judge..and like my facts lined up.
