Libya and the Hague

Libya refugees

The President along with other politicians have used Libya refugees crossing into other countries as a reason for U.S. intervention. This would cause turmoil !

Kind of like those that crossed our border from Mexico !

Glad to see we're concerned about protecting borders.

Problem : It's not OUR BORDER :)

I am behind Ron Paul 100%

And behind Rand Paul 99%.

But to be honest, Rand has got to learn to tighten his speeches a little. His point was right on, but it seemed like he was stretching it out to fit some minimal time constraint.

He went in circles saying something and then coming back and saying it again. He was rambling.

Ron is a much better speaker. I LOVE hearing Ron make a passionate speech especially as he did in Congress in the 1990s.

Slam Dunk!

The message is right on point! I don't see how the neo-cons and the left liberals are going to spin this...I don't think they can and surely the attacks will begin. Wow I hope more people wake up! Kudos to Alex Jones and the Southern Avenger...and of course the DP!! I don't watch MSM media much anymore, just enough to see how they spin certain reports.

Fear knocked on my door and Faith answered!

Rand Paul's fellow Senators don't seem very impressed.....

with his legislation, which is very disappointing. As well as he has started, Rand Paul is essentially standing alone.

Check out this list of bill's that Rand Paul has introduced. S.299 is doing the best at present with 25 co-sponsors.

So whens the site name changing??

to DailyPauls.com LOL

Its so comforting to listen to someone lay it all out there with honesty and a calm rational voice. Rand always talks with this somewhat quiet, matter of fact tone and its just refreshing. His dad does the same. They separate emotion from the issues and just lay out the facts.

This is what I've posted

on all the stories relating to this:

The "field hand" is just doing what his massas, the military industrial complex, tells him to do. If he wants to get re-elected, he has to do what the massas tell him. That's how he got elected in the first place. Our first black president is a slave, just like all the rest.

Want to listen to someone talk about Libya who isn't a slave? Go here & listen to some sane, rational talk about foreign policy: http://dailypaul.com/

SteveMT's picture

Rand Paul is trying to collapse the military-industrial complex.

What are you talking about? He is not out to make politics a life-long career or to even get re-elected.

Again, what are you talking about?

Troll.

you are a

That's great

If I were you, I would find a way to work the n-word in there a couple of times too. Because it's important to race-bait and polarize people when representing the liberty movement.

AJ is replaying Rand Paul's speech now on his program.

More air time is great for Rand Paul.

good news

I have to say I love Alex Jones.

I find Rand and Ron's rhetoric to be timid.

Obama is the agent of a piratical banking conspiracy but Rand/Ron raise no alarm. http://beforeitsnews.com/story/516/283/Wow_That_Was_Fast_Lib...

I'm sure the calls to heed the founders is popular at the Mises Institute. How about framing this struggle in contemporary terms?

At the very least, Ron/Rand could introduce bills to cut off funding for this joint hijacking of Libya/US military. I think more attention needs to be called to the positive conspiracy that is the NWO.

Famous Quote from Justice William O. Douglas

"The Constitution is not neutral.
It was designed to take the government
off the backs of people."

SteveMT's picture

The voice of reason is calm and logical, not timid.

That calm and logical demeanor is the biggest asset of Rand Paul. The result is that the people will listen to the message.

When you're in the belly of the beast, you pace your anger.

The Pauls however do get the message across!

And never forget, “Humans, despite our artistic pretensions, our sophistication and many accomplishments, owe the fact of our existence to a six-inch layer of topsoil and the fact that it rains.”

"NWO" Is Timid - Call It What It Is - Global Feudalism

The call to the Founders is the "positive encouragement".

The Pauls believe more people would want to fight FOR something, than AGAINST something, and they may be right.

As for the term "NWO", that is in itself, a "timid" "soft sell" -

NWO is meant to ring as if it's shiny "new" world, with a proper "order".

It's time people recognize NWO for what it truly is -

GLOBAL FEUDALISM -
Collectivism for the masses.
Ultra-wealth and world property ownership stolen for the elites.

We can build a better world than "they" can!

We are merely usurping the technology and advancements they confiscated from the oringinal inventors or founders.
We are merely taking back something humanity already "owns"!
(the freedom to choose)
Their pieces of paper are only guns and tyranny and are being exposed daily.

And never forget, “Humans, despite our artistic pretensions, our sophistication and many accomplishments, owe the fact of our existence to a six-inch layer of topsoil and the fact that it rains.”

Timid, you say?

Surely, by now, you've realized that the talking points of liberty must be presented in a seemingly calm and collected fashion, lest they be discredited as "kooky" by the uninformed and ignorant masses...

NO FOURTH TERM!!!

NO FOURTH TERM!!!

I certainly

agree that the last line made me want to puke. It's a sham of a phrase because I'm pretty sure the bible says god loves everyone equally so god bless the US sounds like a demand or something. But at the same time, Ron could certainly be gearing up for a presidential bid which means he needs to keep some sort of politcal face so the masses will still listen to him. Whether it's Ron or Rand, 2012 is going to be a very enlightening year for those still asleep. Go Paul 2012 whichever may choose to run

JerseyRP, I hope you didn't puke!

Mind you, Rand didn't say "God bless ONLY America!"

In fact I think USA needs TONs of blessings and massive outpouring of (corrective) divine inspiration to STOP being the out-of-control bully of the world.

USA has a fantastic wealth of goodness in its people and land. We want this country to be the source of overflowing abundance, love and peace. Not a DU-thrashing missile-shooting source of manmade calamity.

I don't doubt that we need help

And I agree with everything you said. I would much happier to hear a politician say god bless everyone. This was clearly the message of Jesus Christ. Not one country or race, or creed but everyone is blessed. I'm not even a religious person. This phrased has been overused and beat to death a million times over. I certainly enjoy hearing both father and son Paul speak, but we must realize it is in our hands to change this problem by educating the masses, not gods. As the saying goes, God helps those who help themselves. We need to help show people the way to liberty, not let them be and hope someday they realize what's going on.

I'm gobsmacked.

That was fantastic.

Reading through the comments here, some say Ron is a great educator but not electable (?) yet Rand is electable, I don't think that is the case. To me, both men are electable so why don't they both run for the Presidency.

Can you imagine it, both Pauls in the debates. What a show that would be. Two constitutionally educated men educating the masses with the same message of Liberty and freedom.

Viva la Revolution.

“I have joined your revolution and I’m proud to be part of what you want to do.” - Ron Paul

rebuttal

Rand needs to close speeches in this fashion to garner support from the uneducated, religous, gun-clinging corn syrup fiends of this nation. Does anyone wonder why his father is still so obscure despite his ability to consistently provide us rational explanations regarding the woes of our established criminal Corporateocracy? Rappers have to "keep it real" and Country Western singers need to starch their Wrangler's in order to appeal to fans. How is politics different? It is simply a business of selling one's personality to strangers. And don't forget the founding fathers of Athesim, classic philosophers like Plato and Aristotle. Their books were burned and regarded as blasphemy if they were without mention of faith or submission to superstition. 1+1=2 people. This is how you win elections. All the Pauls have left is a visit to Isreal, New Hampshire and Iowa to get their feet in the door.

Rand, stay on-topic!

Your father is SO good at that! Follow his lead! When I hear a politician throw in that tired, insincere, pandering tag-line "God Bless America"...I just lose all respect! It's arrogant and it is anything BUT Christian! God is the Almighty. He doesn't need encouragement or to be asked to "bless" the anglo-saxon-based "conquerors" of this continent. If you want to be truly Christian, ask God to bless all of our enemies and pray for their well-being! Some may say that it's just a typical, petty thing. I don't agree. That is one thing that stood out to me about Ron Paul. I NEVER heard him say that! Not ONCE! And, you know what? I knew without a doubt that Ron Paul was a child of God. I KNOW Ron has his own personal, sacred relationship with God. He doesn't have to sell it to people to get their approval.

Stick with the issues and your opinions and let God do His thing!

"God, bless all of the banking, corporate individuals that are motivated to hold many of us in bondage. Give them guidance. If it is Thy will." Amen!

Really?

I honestly don't get it. So... was Tiny Tim arrogant? "God, bless us every one!" Did he order god to bless everyone? Isn't this really just a short version of the type of prayer that every good little christian girl and boy say before bed? "And god bless grammy, and my puppy, and mommy..." Most prayers I have heard start out with,"God, ..." "God, grant me..." Don't we routinely tell/ask god to bless our meals?

I mean... really... I'm not trying to pick a fight I just really don't get it. I could see becoming angry if you thought he wasn't being honest about his belief in god but that's a different story all together. This comment is also not directed only at you and probably shouldn't have been a reply.

NOTE: I am not advocating violence in any way. The content of the post is for intellectual, theoretical, and philosophical discussion. FEDS, please don't come to my house.

No offense taken!

I invite and welcome the chance to clarify! Thank you.

First of all, Tiny Tim is a fictional character. I realize he can be considered an amalgam of real-life people in Dickens' life, but still. Actually, TT's words were a lot more literally-interpreted as ALL OF US! When you distinguish and separate, especially in the way US Politicians do, it's not genuine or accurate to the Scripture. In MY opinion!

To me, that has become an empty gesture. It's been belittled and debased by people that are not to be trusted. They are playing on people's sacred spirituality in order to win favor. To me, that is corrupt and evil. I'm not saying Rand Paul is corrupt and evil on the level that others that have and do debase the sentiment are. But, he does himself no favors by following their lead. His father NEVER ends with that tag-line. I prefer his father's choice to keep that sentiment to himself.
