An FBI whistleblower was in Duluth Tuesday rallying support for a U.S. soldier that released information on the Iraq war to Wikileaks.
Coleen Rowley was on the steps of Duluth's Federal Building talking about Private Bradley Manning.
Rowley testified to the Senate about problems in the intelligence community. She was named Time Magazine's Person of the Year in 2002.
She said there's not enough protection for whistleblowers like Manning and herself.
"In the military, this is even worse than in the civilian agencies," Rowley said. "I can't imagine how it can be worse. There's almost no ability to speak up."
