The American Conservative Union, whose Conservative Political Action Conference is the year's biggest event for conservatives, has been soliciting and raising funds for a national advertising campaign based on the theme that Barack Obama is not eligible to be president.

" ... eligible to be president???" That let's Obama off the hook doesn't it? To be ineligible makes Obama illegitimate, a liar, a fraud, illegal, and a criminal. What to do is the next question.
