This IS the biggest in history? It all depends on what the definition of "is" is....
Oh, the games our rulers play with words. One could even say it is analogous to some sort of delusional aspiration to divinity. These people think they can create wealth out of nothing. For instance the Fed, just add a few zero's to the bottom of the ledger and presto! Problem solved! Raise spending by a trillion dollars in a day, then turn clean around and cut spending by a few billion and declare yourself a responsible overseer and budget hawk.
