Zogby poll ignores Paul again - Let them know
First off, Be Polite...
I called up Zogby international today and got a secretary. I will call in about 30 minutes to talk to an assistant coming back from a meeting.
It was regarding the new poll results that was just released:

Shows that Obama is beating 'top' Republicans, but guess who is left off the poll?
So at about 12:30am I will call up asking to talk to someone there that can explain why Ron Paul was left off.
Again if you decide to call, I cannot stress the importence of politeness going a long way.

My questions will include:
Who commisioned the poll?
How hard would it be to add Ron Paul to the future polls?
Why was Ron Paul left out?
Now I have already asked them about pricing to have an individual poll that actually puts Ron Paul on the selections but I have yet to get a reply even though I've talked to a few people there already that SOUNDED like they would cooperate with me. I think they simply blew me off in a 'nice' way.

I am curious who formed these questions? Who Comissioned this poll?
I'm also curious if push polls are illegal, I'll do some research, maybe your company is INVITING legal action...

How does Zogby know that Ron Paul does well with free-market Republicans and 20-somethings IF THERE HASN'T BEEN ANY POLLS?!?
Oh I know, it's called SPECULATION. It's called defeating the purpose of polls by not polling a viable candidate.

They have good comments but that is that guy's opinion which is not absolutely horrible. If you click on the link that explains the survey methodology:
WEIGHTING
Reported frequencies and crosstabs are weighted using the appropriate demographic profile to provide a sample that best represents the targeted population from which the sample is drawn from. The proportions comprising the demographic profile are compiled from historical exit poll data, census data, and from Zogby International survey data.
As I stated before the pollsters are looking at the best logical way to trim the size of the universe to target specifically Republican voters or Likely Republican voters which is the same old methodology. By narrowing it to a specific demographic all of the independents, democrats who re-registered as R for RP, and people who did not vote in the last 1-2 primaries or 1-2 generals elections will not be surveyed.
The "base" sample they are using does not accurately reflect a candidate that is not an establishment status quo "front runner".
No "Weight"
They don't poll Paul's name so all he has is speculation. If he really cared he would include Paul's name in the polls.
ATTENTION
The pollsters are still looking at this through historical statistics and trends vs. real polling.
I work in the IT department as a dba running stats and managing data for a poltically based call center that does these types of polls. I know (if not all) most of the tricks and I know that "traditional" polling does not whatsoever measure accurately RP's support. It is not a tactic per se of these polling agencies or a conspiracy by the media it is just a case of a skewed base of numbers from the start.
The way the data is purchased and the way the scripts are written are what makes or breaks the poll. - Take whatever you want from that statement. *hint hint*

When they don't even poll Paul's name vs. Hillary and Obama that goes BEYOND the language of a script.

Zogby Questions
I have personally called Zogby (thanks for posting their number) and requested all polling questions, lists of names included in the poll, and how the sample was conducted. We also need to find names of those who have been contacted by Zogby and get facts in regards to who was contacted, questions asked, and so forth so we can compare the information Zogby releases to the actual results. Obviously, we all know that the media is rigged and quite deceptive to such an extreme measure that we have no choice but to challenge them every time they release so-called facts and deceive the public of making their own choices.
In the darkness of our times, liberty is a bright light and so powerful does it glare that even those who wish to deceive us cannot hide in the shadows. We, the Ron Paul Revolution, are the light of the world and I am with all of you in my quest to give up everything I have to restore this nation.

I just don't know how they can even keep a straight face with this stuff anymore.
Any rational person who is willing to look past the litany of Old-Stream Media lies, disinformation and smear campaign against Ron Paul can clearly ascertain that pitting a Democrat versus a Republican who both (supposedly) oppose the continued occupation of Iraq would be a valid comparison (and actually just fairness to both political parties).
Unfortunately, here in 1984, this is the status quo set by the globalists/imperialists and it stinks.
