Oh, goody, goody...

I hope Chris Wallace is one of the questioners. I've been waiting three years to pay him back for the vile question he asked Ron Paul about "giving aid and comfort to Al-Qaeda." Now, every one will get to hear what Chris' father, Mike Wallace said about letting US troops get killed rather than reporting any intelligence he might collect if he were reporting from a camp of enemy forces.

"Indeed, on an edition of the PBS panel series Ethics in America, devoted to war coverage, which was taped at Harvard in late 1987, Mike Wallace proclaimed that if he were traveling with enemy soldiers he would not warn U.S. soldiers of an impending ambush. “Don't you have a higher duty as an American citizen to do all you can to save the lives of soldiers rather than this journalistic ethic of reporting fact?", moderator Charles Ogletree Jr. suggested. Without hesitating, Wallace responded: "No, you don't have higher duty...you're a reporter."

They really know how to keep the troops moving along.

He's the man.

Ron does not need these fools...

they need him. Piss of Faux and their banker backers.

Has RP been a choice in ALL the polls?

I've seen some recent polls that did NOT include Ron Paul as a choice! If South Carolina uses those polls, they could technically exclude RP for not meeting their criteria!! This will continue going forward as the 'status quo' is maintained by the media and power elites!! Economic COLLAPSE is Ron Paul's only chance to WIN the Presidency in 2012!! It's the only way the masses will wake up to the reality of the left/right paradigm!! The Washington power elites are doing everything in their power to unknowingly hasten the COLLAPSE (needed)!! A CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC will arise from the ashes (can't wait)!!

Our military, law enforcement, and ELECTED OFFICIALS need to HONOR THEIR OATH TO THE U.S. CONSTITUTION!!!

If he's running, he'll be in this debate

So will Romney. It makes no sense to sit out the Fox News debate and this is likely why they pushed it back to facilitate more participation with people like Romney, Palin, or Bachman. Paul easily fufills the 1% criteria so that benchmark was set low for someone else the network loves. From my memory I do not remember the standard being set so low but at least everyone will be eligible to participate. I expect a crowded field regardless of the candidate status today.

Faux

wasn't that nice of them to tell us that. Why do they have a say what the criteria is anyway?????????

The debates are a corporate/party event, not an official government sanctioned event as everyone probably assumes. Fox can include Barney and the tooth fairy if they want.

Freedom Wins!

Thanks for posting

I hope Gary Johnson can get in that debate.

so who does this leave out?

so who does this leave out? It would suck if Gary Johnson does not make the cut because his presence will help Ron appear more moderate to mainstream GOP voters. Buddy Roemer will be out, too. And Rick Santorum might not make it either. Who exactly will be at this debate? I heard Romney won't be there, that is a sign of weakness.

Thomas Jefferson 1796, 1800, 1804; James Madison 1808, 1812; Ron Paul 1988, 2008, 2012; Rand Paul 2016.

Here we go again...Sean Hannity will be claiming once again

that those Ron Paul supporters were spamming his poll.

...and then that dirt bag Nazi intellectual, Frank Luntz, now with a Phd. (thats make him like one of Hitlers henchmen) telling the Fox listening audience that his rigged focus panel of stooges gave the debate to Mitt Romney..

Its so predictably stupid funny..and of course that really goes to show us there are actually a great many gullible Americans that fall for the Sean Hannity Frank Luntz, Fox News Charade.

** Note : I hope Ron Paul brings his Birth Certificate and asks the others to show theirs..That would be so cool.

Predictably Stupid Funny, LOL

I for one am looking forward to Sean Hannitys hissy fit when Ron Paul comes out on top. Who would the gullible Americans vote for if they did not have Hannity and Luntz to tell them who won?

Dr. Paul

Complying with Fox criteria is easy for him.

He will do it if he wants to.

We are wasting our time discussing it here, since he will not decide based on our opinions (surprise to some, possibly.)

Ron is popular enough that he should now boycott Fox...

Ron is popular enough that he should now boycott Fox News debates altogether.

He could use one of several justifications to do so...

#1 They are NOT fair and balanced.

#2 They claim to be a conservative news channel but they are not (UK conservatism is American liberalism).

#3 They preach fear and corporate government (fascist) solutions to every problem big and small.

#4 Their controlling partner Sir Rupert Murdock is a loyalist to the UK witch queen / oppressive british monarchy and idolizes Benedict Arnold as an American hero.

#5 They excluded him from previous debates to help the oppressive UK queen pick the next US president.

#6 Our children are dying fighting as mercenaries for the British crown's global corporate bankster / oil interests / rackets in Afganistan, Libia and Iraq.

I say we make a real example out of Fox News this election cycle and the british corporatist empire that they serve.

.

I agree

Yeah, seeing as he is

Yeah, seeing as he is constantly polling at 6% in Iowa, he can take some time off. ;)

I think sometimes we live in an echochamber here and fail to realize that maybe 10% of the population has even heard of Ron Paul.

Dr. Paul

His staff have told us that they have the paperwork filled out, and we know he has the necessary funds. They can comply at the drop of a hat, and will do so, shortly before the deadline, imho.

I'm not as worried about the announcing as the fact that he also has to complete all of the filing with both the FEC and SC Republican Party and pay the filing fees by April 29.

I came across this press release when doing a search about the debates. It doesn't even have a full date, just April 2011.

I would hope all the candidates have this info, but I hate to assume that. The Liberty PAC website doesn't even have an email address listed under contact info.

Well, I did state that I was "assuming it was authentic"

and that I had "stumbled across it on a forum," but just to be sure, I sent it to his office just in case via his contact form.

Let them check into it.

Better safe than sorry. I don't trust FOX.

His House gov people couldn't help with this (I called as well)

They gave me a number to call, so I called it, talked to someone there, and I'm waiting for a return call as of right now. At least they told me someone would call me back anyway. I'll be amazed if they do, lol.
