This was just fantastic!! The Congressman is really at the top

of his game now. Of course, he gets more respect now and they let him talk now too! As he said, what a change from the last time!!

Debbie

RP is amazing!

Great interview. Ratigan has been a good host to RP and had some great compliments for him on this show. For those who complain about Ron's complicated speech and topics I want to point out all those "experts" and particularly economic "experts" that come on these shows with a bunch of boring mumbo-jumbo that only insiders understand and fly right over the heads or bore to death the average viewer - yet they have respect? Ron Paul is doing awesome - much better than I or most others can perform under the gun. This guy has changed the debate for the better and has name recognition now...now all those phony contenders are copy cats of his issues and lingo as he rightly pointed out in this and other interviews.

Social Issues

I agree he whiffed big here on his non-reply to the social issues question. He needs to get real serious and say listen, "It's very clear to me that our founding fathers, and the constitution today do not want the Federal Government meddling in the affairs of private individuals. Now people all over want the government to prohibit this or outlaw that, one group comes into office and spends all your taxes to support abortions the other comes in and wants to spend all your money against it. Now what I say is this-the federal government has NO RIGHT to subsidize any purely social concern governing the behavior of individuals which does not infringe on the liberty of others. And as for drug use, look at the lesson the history of prohibition taught us. It did not stop alcohol consumption, it did not make our streets and people safer. What it did do was increase violence, make users go underground, and support and create a massive criminal organization that was outside of the law. That is what our current drug policy is doing today."

NO MORE LIES. Ron Paul 2012.

He does say this stuff - I've heard him cover it all.

If you listen enough to his different interviews and speeches, he covers it all.

Debbie

.

umm.. umm.. I lecture my 10 year old daughter on not saying ummm and here we have a FED chairman sounding like a freaking dolt.

Debbie's picture

Yeah, he didn't look or sound like he really believed what he

was saying, did he?

Debbie

Ron frustrates me

He missed a softball pitched right down the plate by Ratigan.
That is the social issues.
He could have helped aleviate some gop folks fears of his stance on social issues, but he didnt.

I always turn my minds clock back 5 years when watching Ron Paul and NOT use my current perspective and love/respect for him.
and he lost me with Keynsian this and Keynsian that, weak dollar this and weak dollar that. If I didnt know better, I'd think Keynsian was his point.
He needs to remember IF he wants the nomination, he must speak to the audience he's trying to win over.
It aint us he should be talking to!!
Rand does this SOOOO much better.
I really wish/hope Ron uses Rand's counsel and help during this campaign.

I agree. This is why I do

I agree.

This is why I do tend to like Rand Paul more. Because Ron Paul is noticeably better on policy, but Rand looks like he is better at getting things done. And ultimately, that is what a politicians has to do.

Is it better to have a politicians who is 90% with you but only can get 5% of that, or a politicians who is 50% with you but can get 20% of that?

They kept showing the Gallop Poll

Idiots and traitors (all actors) were polling substantially far ahead of Dr. Paul.

Several were at 16%, like Huck and Trump, and RP tied with Newt the traitor at 6%.

These polls, are they just outright fiction, or do people really vote for these enemies of Freedom and prosperity?

"It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a rEVOLution before tomorrow morning." - Henry Ford

I liked the polls because of those actually committed

to running, only Romney was ahead of him % wise. Dr. Paul is in 2nd place! :)

h-daddy

we cannot ignore the polls

polling much better than last election, but we still have lots of work to do

I wonder if Dylan has changed

I wonder if Dylan has changed his registration yet so he can vote for Ron in the primary?

MSNBC places a rude banner across the bottom the their newsreel... @ 8:52 mark

REP PAUL SOUNDS OFF ON "THE DONALD"

I just found out it is free and unregulated to pan gold in CO BLM territory.

;)

Yes! Bureau of Land Management (BLM) rules by code of the West.

Land patent claim is suggested. Even I posted such a claim on my silver mine in Nevada, t'was not week went by before claim jumpers took away my million dollar silver mine! That is when I left town on foot, hungry. Needed to find an easier job... one that I did not have to work at.

the only one

I think (pretty much know) that Ron Paul is the only person any news outlet can find that actually knows and understands the economy and our money system.....i would dare them to produce obama, or any republican running for office to talk about the money system.

Good point

Hopefully others will get their staffers to start boning up, finally. It's about time America and our leadership started paying attention to how our money system works!

man! The Webster Hall event on Monday was phenomenal. I've been on cloud nine since finding out about the exploratory committee. I'm donating $20.12 every month until he wins it. It's my subscription to Freedom.

The debates are going to be hilarious. The Sheeple will get an education that's for sure.

I Think Ratigan Has the Best News Show on Television

Just look at how many more fans of Ron Paul there are on television today than four years ago--Ratigan, Napolitano, Stossel (though he was around back then too), the lovely ladies of The View, Montel Williams, Stephen Colbert, Adam Kokesh, Peter Schiff (has his own radio show now), Cavuto, and more. I think Glenn Beck is slowly coming around and, although I don't trust Beck, millions of Americans do and his endorsement would be huge. I think that secretly Jack Cafferty is a big fan also. Who am I leaving out?

Stuart Varney

Very nice list! It only shows how much the freedom message has progressed. I would add one more person here: Stuart Varney from Varney and Company.

Ron Paul Revolution is spreading around the world: Freedom and Prosperity TV: libertarian network of alternative media in Western Balkans

I might be out on a limb here but..

I think that progressive Cink is even a fan of him in some respects. He at least sees the dual hypocrisy in both parties today. He even gives Ron a chance to describe how eliminating giant government bodies (education, IRS, Medicare, etc) would be beneficial to Americans but Ron sometimes misses that or goes back to foreign policy-which Cink already backs him on 100%.

NO MORE LIES. Ron Paul 2012.

Ratigan and Napolitano

Ratigan and Napolitano though, are they only guys who are "real" fans (I'd give you Schiff as well). The others might give him air time, and be polite in interviews, but the aforementioned are the ones that actually take him seriously.

I bet Adam Kokesh can bring in young vets en masse to

the Ron Paul camp. I think he's a "real" fan of Ron as a person and of Liberty as defined by the good doctor.

I hope young vets and college activists bond well . . .

Freedom Watch is the best show on TV

in my opinion.

I think you left out Joe Scarborough on "Morning Joe". He's a huge fan of RP and gives him great interviews. Also the Daily Show w/ Jon Stewart. He always says nice things about RP. Bill Maher on HBO is pro-RP. Lastly, I'm pretty sure Lou Dobbs is also a fan of RP. He has his new show on FBN.

I'm skeptical of the View. I don't think they like RP. They are VERY pro-TSA. They didn't like RP's position. They were nice to him on the show in person because if they were rude to him the crowd would have booed all the ladies off the stage!
