World intelligence agencies: Obama's long form birth certificate a rank forgery

Today from Wayne Madsen Reports:

From intelligence agencies around the world, the verdict on President Obama's newly-released certificate of live birth from Hawaii is in: the certificate is a rank forgery on the same level as the Niger "yellow cake" uranium and Iraq Oil Ministry forged documents. Intelligence and law enforcement services are experts on fake documents since they have to deal with large numbers of counterfeit documents, such as birth certificates, passports, identity cards and driver's licenses, as well as currency. Intelligence agencies are also experts at forging their own documents for their clandestine agents.

Within 24-hours of the release of the long form Certificate of Live Birth on April 27, intelligence agencies from Britain and China to Germany and Russia examined the document and concluded it was a forgery based on the fact that Barack H. Obama Sr.'s race, listed as "African," was a monumental error, considering that not only the United States, but other English-speaking nations described Africans and those of African descent as either "Negroes" or "blacks" in 1961.

Intelligence experts point out that "African" is a major clue indicating a forgery.

In 1961, the U.S. Department of Health, Education, and Welfare classified non-Whites, who were not Asian, Eskimo, Aleut, Hawaiian, part-Hawaiian, or other "non-White," as "Negro." The U.S. Census Bureau also used the term "Asian and other Pacific Islander" in 1961, which included Filipino, Hawaiian, and part-Hawaiian. The Census Bureau, like HEW, used the term "Negro" to describe blacks and those of black descent. The term "mulatto," used to describe those of mixed white and black ancestry, ceased being used by the U.S. Census Bureau in 1918.

Race and color

Births in the United States in 1961 are classified for vital statistics into white, Negro, American Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Aleut, Eskimo, Hawaiian and Part-Hawaiian (combined), and "other nonwhite."

The category "white" includes, in addition to persons reported as "white," those reported as Mexican or Puerto Rican. With one exception, a reported mixture of Negro with any other race is included in the Negro group; other mixed parentage is classified according to the race of the nonwhite parent and mixtures of nonwhite races to the race of the father. The exception refers to a mixture of Hawaiian and any other race, which is classified as Part-Hawaiian. In most tables a less detailed classification of "white" and "nonwhite" is used.

In the United Kingdom, the terms "black" and "Asian" were used in the 1961 census to describe those who were "non-white British" nationals. Barack Obama, Sr., as a citizen of the British Colony of Kenya, would have known that his British racial designation was "black" in 1961. The term "African" was not used as a racial designation in either the colony of Kenya or on the British mainland. In South Africa and other British colonies in Africa, "Coloured" was used to describe those of mixed white-black descent.

The consensus among intelligence agency experts is that the Obama long form Certificate of Live Birth was hastily manufactured by an amateur who never thought of using the standard race designation of Negro in Barack Obama, Sr.'s racial designation block on the form either due to ignorance or an attempt to be politically correct in 2011 by refusing to use an accepted term from 1961.

The past decade has seen the use of crude forgeries to propel the United States into a war in Iraq (the bogus Niger "yellow cake" uranium documents) and to try to indict various U.S. and foreign politicians and businessmen (the fake Iraq Oil Ministry "Oil-for-Food" documents). The Obama forged Certificate of Live Birth represents yet another attempt to perpetuate a fraud on a grand scale.

Here's the real certificate

Okay, I was never a birther, I thought they were crazies, racists, or something else.

Then I saw all the evidence and became a convert for a few hours.

But then I found this. If what this guy is saying is true (in the first part of the video... not the second part), then the certificate might actually be real all along:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c93cm17_2C8&feature=related

This is plausible:

They took the actual certificate and photocopied it onto the patterned paper. On the photocopy, the Alvin dude then stamped a few things on the bottom of the photocopy and signed it - that's why these look lighter than the rest of the photocopy. This also explains why the background of the actual certificate is blurrier than the rest of the document.

Then, Alvin took the photocopy and scanned it - but not as an image - he scanned it using OCR. This would get rid of the aliasing and the colour problems as the computer is correcting the words.

So in a way, the above video is actually proves the case that the certificate is REAL and not a fake.

Now, you could argue, why did this Alvin idiot put birth certificate on the patterned paper for? Good question. I don't know. The original birth certificate obviously didn't have this patterned background.

Also, if OCR was used, why are there many parts of the document that SHOULD have also been transcribed but weren't? The "1" in "10641" should have been transcribed. There are also several marks, x's, and numbers that were never transcribed either, but probably should have been. There is a clear separation, and this *is* suspicious.

I think the best way to answer these questions is to take the Associated Press scan of certificate and apply OCR (using all sorts of programs) to the AP scan to see what comes out - let's see if we can find a match. If we can, it's legit. If we can't - well, you decide.

I am only interested in the truth. If this is legit, then it's legit - end of discussion. Let's move on.

OMG, CHECK THIS OUT BEFORE IT'S GONE!

This guy opens the PDF of the birth certificate from Obama's own site . . . then with Nitro PDF(??) he removes layers from it. NAILED!

Feebs

yes, you can use Adobe Illustrator to peel away the layers and see the forgery.

A guy has been circulating a video who has it and shown how it is done.

Ron Paul is My President

Here's an error.

Kapi'olani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital did NOT exist until 1978. Prior to that time it was Kauaikeolani Children's Hospital.

I made a correction.

Ron Paul is My President

Another verfied COLB issued to a woman born one day after BHO

in the same hospital has Kapiolani on it, not Kauaikeolani. So that argument is a non-starter.

I am not troubled by the African designation.

Someone on the hospital staff would have asked questions of Mama Obama, and it is entirely possible that, given her liberal leanings, she answered African when the employee asked her the race of her husband; the employee may simply have written down what Mama Obama said was his race.

What is the problem is the obvious evidence of photo shopping.

On the White House website they have the long form "Birth Certificate" in a PDF file and also have copies of the letters of Obama or his representative asking for the certificate and the letter of the Hawaiian official transmitting the two copies to Obama.

Here is the file that contains the "Birth Certificate:

http://www.whitehouse.gov/sites/default/files/rss_viewer/bir...

Here is the file that contains the letters:

http://www.whitehouse.gov/sites/default/files/rss_viewer/bir...

Since the Hawaiian official in their transmittal letter says the two copies are enclosed, the logical conclusion is that they are hard copies, not electronic copies. So it would be impossible to see electronic evidence that they were photo shopped even if they were photo shopped in Hawaii.

But the PDF file of the certificate that is on the White House website can be downloaded and analyzed and it clearly is made up of layers which can be undone to prove without question it is photo shopped. This had to happen at the White House since they received hard copies from Hawaii as evidenced by the transmittal letter.

There are also problems with multiple resolutions within the document.

Liberty isn't given to us; it is taken by us, and if not, we will not have it.

in 1961 black people or

in 1961 black people or anyone else used the term african or african american. the term used was negro.

Oh how I wonder, oh how I worry
And I would dearly like to know
How all this squander of earthly plunder
will leave us anything to show

I agree that most people in 1961 would have used Negro.

I grew up in New Orleans and was a teenager in 1961. Many white people used something more derogatory than "Negro", but I can imagine that Mama Obama, since she was married to an African, might have objected to even using the more polite word "Negro" as her husband's race. After all, Negroes later rejected that term in favor of "blacks" so it is not out of the question that she would have answered the race question with the word African to avoid the negative implication of even the word "Negro".

And this was Hawaii so I am not sure that racial perceptions would have been typical of much of the rest of the US, especially for people from Africa who were visitors in their territory.

Liberty isn't given to us; it is taken by us, and if not, we will not have it.

The "intelligence agency" quotes are obviously crude forgeries

The consensus among other intelligence agency experts is that Madsen's article above was hastily manufactured by an amateur who never thought of mentioning that the word "African" was widely disputed for its use on the 2008 short form as well, and who accused the forger of not thinking about it until 2011.

Can't provide link

. . . because it's a paid subscription site. Sorry. I've subscribed to Wayne Madsen for years and know him to be a highly credible source and very well connected to both foreign and domestic intelligence, being former Naval Intelligence himself.

I too have great respect for

I too have great respect for Wayne Madsen and his investigative reporting. It would be nice however to view an international article or link to one that would support this claim. I also believe upon hearing media experts, online, that this COLB is indeed another forged fabrication of COLB rather than the hospital generated long form Birth Certificate... and yes this is tiresome. What garbage that the Congress does not get to the bottom of this rubbish. Why is DNC chair at the time, Howard Dean and Nancy Pelosi not asked to explain their promotion of an illegitimate candidate to run in the Primaries. Obama Sr. is an alien therefore Barrack Hussein Obama is not, was not, never has been eligible for presidency. WTF is going on????

I'm sure it's only a matter of time...

...before international agencies pick it up. Maybe not from Britain but perhaps RT, and the like? The thing I feel is funny about this is that Trump is crowing like a barnyard rooster over his pressure on BO to release the BC. I wonder if he's gotten a heads-up yet that it's probably forged?

The article says that WIA are

The article says that WIA are doing this; where are the links/quotes to the actual agencies.

Birther Issues Continue

The release of the (pick your terms here) purported, alleged, so-called, yada, yada) birth certificate by the White House has turned into a major boner. I mean, this one puts Viagra to shame kind.

Here's a hint at why: The Smoking Gun's article is a good start "Will Release of Obama's Purported Birth Certificate Give Rise to New (birth) "Certer" Movement?"

Up until now, I had blown off most of the 'birther stuff' since Obama is the nominal president and ain't no removing him, since the PTB run the country away, despite representations contrary wise. We learned that with the Big Bank Free Money Festival on the Potomac.

But that was until a reader - we'll call him "Joe" - sent me this amazing email which includes (gasp!) source documentation on some serious inconsistencies:

"As you all know, Donald Trump made a big deal about Obama's birth certificate. As of yesterday, the White House released the birth certificate.

I will tell you right now that I had never given this "birther" issue any credit. I watched the hype and the crazies come out. I completely dismissed the entire ordeal altogether. In fact, it was not until the White House released the birth certificate that it had gained my attention.

I am the studious sort of guy, and I have plenty of time on my hands. So, I took a close look at this document. While I would have thought that this issue would have been closed for good (and, got the crazies to crawl back into their holes), I found two extremely strange inconsistencies that merit some attention.

First of all, the birth certificate that the White House released lists Obama's birth as August 4, 1961. It also lists Barack Hussein Obama as his father. No big deal, right? At the time of Obama's birth, it also shows that his father is aged 25 years old, and that Obama's father was born in "Kenya, East Africa". This wouldn't seem like anything of concern, except the fact that Kenya did not even exist until 1963, two whole years after Obama's birth, and 27 years after his father's birth. How could have Obama's father have been born in a country that did not yet exist? Up and until Kenya was formed in 1963, it was known as the "British East Africa Protectorate". But, this is not the only thing that I found that just does not jive.

The other item that I looked into was the hospital that Obama was born in. On the birth certificate released by the White House, the listed place of birth is "Kapi'olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital". This cannot be, because the hospital(s) in question in 1961 were called "KauiKeolani Children's Hospital" and "Kapi'olani Maternity Home", respectively. The name did not change to Kapi'olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital until 1978, when these two hospitals merged. How can this particular name of the hospital be on a birth certificate dated 1961 if this name had not yet been applied to it until 1978?

Go ahead, look it up. I am not talking crazy talk, these are the facts. Like I said, I thought that this was a non-issue until the actual certificate was released. Now that it has been released, of course I had to look into it. I have found these issues, now I know that something is up. If you doubt me, just look at the following resources:

Sure as hell, the hospital part is true, as you can read about the 1978 merger here.

The discussion about the East Africa Protectorate is less decisive, however. Still, Keyna didn't gain independence until 1963, be preceded in independence by Tanganyika which became Tanzania, Uganda, and then Kenya. Whether it would have been referred to in Hawaii as the Kenya Colony of Great Britain, however is an interesting discussion, for sure.

Don't mean to throw gas on the debate here, but our reader makes some disturbing points. When coupled with the report on Death by 1,000 Papercuts that "Obama Birth Certificate: Adobe Illustrator Reveals Different Layers" well, things to be not look as sold... Still, we're just offering cites which is what research if for, after all. Might try firing up Illustrator if you have it and see if it auto-generates layers, though...

But the hospital merger? That one bothers me. Be interesting to see if other birth certs from that period show the same name, huh? I know a TV engineer out in the Islands who might know some folks up in the newsroom who could pull a few to check. Make an SDX or Pulitzer, I reckon. You on this? Email me the link to the story when it airs is all I ask...

And if it doesn't prove out, I'd be pleased to put this all to bed...again.

The "Kenya, East Africa" thing is bunk too.

The territory was "East Africa." The substate is "Kenya."

It would be similar to "California, USA" It would be perfectly legit to use that terminology considering the official titles of the places at the time.
