Feds sting Amish farmer selling raw milk locally

A yearlong sting operation, including aliases, a 5 a.m. surprise inspection and surreptitious purchases from an Amish farm in Pennsylvania, culminated in the federal government announcing this week that it has gone to court to stop Rainbow Acres Farm from selling its contraband to willing customers in the Washington area.

The product in question: unpasteurized milk.

This is a shining example as to why the FDA needs to be done away with. What a waste of time and money.

Abolish the FDA!

Yes, this is insane!! I love my raw milk. I know someone in Illinois who can only get her raw milk from the Amish underground. THAT is ridiculous.
The FDA is a criminal organization in bed with the likes of Monsanto. THEY do not care about you or me, they only care about lining their pocketbooks.
And this in the land of the free.

Who in the hell is dumb enough to participate in a sting

operation to take somebody's milk?

I swear in America today I could offer somebody 50k a year and they will wisp everybody I ask off to concentration camps to be executed.

They would probably gag them first for a modest tip

Incremental ... but mentally stupid as stupid does.

The term "regulate" in Article 1 section 8 giving power to

Congress to "regulate" Interstate Commerce, means to "keep regular."

It DOES NOT mean to restrict or impede.

It was designed PRECISELY to prevent one State from prohibiting trade across State lines, just as Maryland is doing here.

The actions of the FDA are BLATANTLY unconstitutional. They are the antithesis of Congress' power.
