Wow. Deja Vu all over again...

I saw the same men say the same things during my war 40 years ago. We get duped or bullied into these wars over and over again and I sincerely believe that we hold those responsible for high treason. We can start with McCain, Lieberman and Graham... the three amigos.

"Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom. It is argument of tyrants. It is the creed of slaves." William Pitt in the House of Commons November 18, 1783
"I have one word for you...predator drones. Oh, you think I'm kidding?" Obombya

Its very hard to make me cry, but this made weep, MANY TIMES!!!

The very last comment

the very last comment really sums it all up. We are all the same. Our way of life should never be a reason to infringe upon the rights of any country to live their own way of life. It is so sad to see that yes, we are the terrorists to so many people of this world and yes, they do have a very good reason to hate us. What is even sadder though is that those that have the courage to speak out about it are labeled as traitors, or at the very least unpatriotic. Of all the hopes I have had in my life the one that could be the strongest is to see this change in my lifetime.

VERY powerful stuff indeed.

VERY powerful stuff indeed. As a Viet vet, this video really takes me back. I can guarantee you that if there had been an internet then, we could have made the identical video at that time. Some things just never change.

this morning when i played this video

while having my coffee, my wife standing was behind me in the kitchen doing dishes and a little more than half way through the video I heard something... When I turned to look, she had sat down in a chair and began weeping. Hearing the words of the soldiers describing their expereinces is just so powerful.
What are we doing to the rest of the world?
I am so ashamed of my country right now.

I'd rather have a bottle in front o' me than a frontal lobotomy

Tears in my eyes

When will humanity ever go the way of love?

Thomas Jefferson: “Indeed, I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just, that His justice cannot sleep forever."

Viva La Revolucion!

Martin L. King begged

Martin L. King begged us:
Nonviolence is the answer to the crucial political and moral questions of our time: the need for man to overcome oppression and violence without resorting to oppression and violence. Man must evolve for all human conflict a method which REJECTS revenge,
aggression and retaliation. The foundation of such a method is love.
