"DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) - Republican presidential hopeful Ron Paul is returning to Iowa next week to open an office for his 2012 campaign and name staff to run his bid for next year's Iowa caucuses.

The 12-term Texas congressman plans to run his Iowa campaign out of an office in Ankeny. Aides say he plans to introduce key Iowa staffers at the office on Tuesday before meeting with lawmakers and Republican officials at the Iowa Capitol." Continued...

ANKENY — U.S. Rep. Ron Paul, a Texas Republican who has formed a 2012 presidential exploratory committee, has opened an Iowa campaign headquarters and announced his staff.

Paul’s Iowa staff consists of:

Steve Bierfeldt, executive director - graduated Magna Cum Laude from Sacred Heart University with a degree in political science. After graduating he served as National Field Director for a Virginia-based non-profit, training conservatives to be successful in government, media and elections. In 2010, Bierfeldt was a director for Rand Paul’s successful U.S. Senate campaign in Kentucky.
