Take the high road...
Ron Paul supporters should take the high road and always act civil and professional when contacting the media or others in the public. We shouldn't give them any reason to waste time on negative and detracting supporter issues as happened on Glen Beck's show. Dr. Paul can handle tough questions and the format and we can write civil letters and commentaries after the event, if necessary. The important thing is that he continue to get invitations to appear on shows that will provide exposure for him to new voters.
I have seen situations quite a few times where supporters are described in negative terms and others report that all the posts and letters they see by Paul supporters are intellectual, civil, and well -reasoned...let's keep it that way. Don't give them any reason to denigrate us.

I've sent my share of angry emails when members of the press have egregiously misrepresented us or Paul - or in the case of the Stossel interview which deserved airtime but didn't receive it.
But a taunting letter to "Meet the Press" when we've finally gotten time - and PERFECTLY timed, time at that?

Seriously, folks, it is coming on time where we need to tighten up the core community ...considerably. The OBVIOUS thing for Paul's opponents to do is seed the community with Trolls and Loose Cannons - to act up in damaging ways at the worst possible times.
If it hasn't already started, it will soon enough. Rove is free to Rove around the world and you can be crystal sure he doesn't like Paul, and what Paul represents, one little bit. By all accounts it is probably not going too far to suggest that Rove is the sort of guy who would sell his own mother, pimp his own sister, or hire a hit man in order to further the Neocon agenda. He wouldn't bat an eye at funding a thousand Trolls.
Is that, possibly, what we are dealing with here? Real Paul supporters may have a lapse in judgement, but are willing to learn and control their own ego in order to not reflect badly on Dr. Paul. I can lose my temper, too, but if the community told me I was out of line I would take that to heart.

Be careful with these angry emails, they just don't work. Look at Ron and see how far he has come now. I often think how lonely it must have been to vote as he has done repeatedly for 20 years. But he has fought his fight with respect and we owe it to him to continue to fight this fight with respect. It is a fight and we need to be aggressive but we must do it the RP way. If not we hand our opponents the best possible weapon - one that they are already using. We are normal people and that's the way to win over other normal people. Anything that is disrespectful tend to turn off other normal people just like us. This also goes for posts on this site - please be respectful at all times.
