The War on Ron Paul

Whether the media establishments want to admit it or not, and believe me they don't, Ron Paul IS the 'front runner' for the republican primary. Despite voracious denials and vitriolic arguments from almost every quarter to the contrary, he is the only one with a chance of shutting out Obama for the presidency in 2012. He appeals to all sides of the aisle, and is attracting the much sought after independent swing vote almost as fast as he has the youth of the nation. The Internet is indisputably Ron Paul country as countless polls and google trends have repeatedly shown. The gradual change in political rhetoric flowing out of Washington, D.C. over the last 3 years reflects an explosion of interest in the freedom message he spreads so tirelessly. The continuos growth in popularity of talk and news shows focussing on freedom and the constitution broadcasts loud and clear the rising prominence of issues he has brought to the debate fore. For anyone with any powers of discernment, it's a no-brainer.
So why do media pundits, dime a dozen politicians, and innumerable experts of self-aggrandized consequence spend great swathes of time, effort, and someone's money working so hard to convince the people otherwise? You can't turn on a TV, pick up a paper or surf the Internet without encountering the words "He can't win," or some other lame variation repeated ad nauseam with great gusto. According to all the most acclaimed talking heads, that mythical beast "The Front Runner" has yet to be seen on the horizon and is still to arise from some unknown lair, "blazing a new trail" of GOP fame and success across political skies sometime in the not too distant future. Their blind adherence to this tired refrain boggles the mind. Personally, I can find only one reason for the constant repudiation...fear. Fear of the known...Ron Paul, and fear of the unknown...future largess. The status-quo is cornered and it's biggest backers are flailing in desperation through media and political mouthpieces.
The MSM
Me thinks they dost protest too much!
Paul forces democrats
Dr. Paul forces democrats in his own district to vote for him.
They see no other alternative and most love him.
We all trust him and regardless of the establishment media, he has been playing them all along.
One should never underestimate Dr. Paul.
He uses the MSM to interview him.
They call him and he gets his message out for free, when they attack him he smiles and tells them of the freedom message they just attacked and they look stupid.
Ron Paul did his homework.
He knows how to bring people together.
He has already won.
The cats out of the bag.
The Bushies saw this coming in 06 and 07 but were unable to do anything about it because They were bogged down with their own mischief. Paul slowly slipped past the radar and formed a mass of people behind him, in all walks.
He runs his campaigns like a true conservative would.
He spends no money unless he has to. He knows this wins elections, it has for him for 12 terms.
He actually runs his campaigns with the values he believes while all the others are out trying to cover up their liberal voting record or spending like liberals through out their campaigns.
Ron Paul has already won. His message has spread world wide.
"OH NO! He has a SON?" Neoconservatives and Liberals EVERYWHERE!

Yes, if we define "winning" as getting the message out, then he is wildly successful.
It would be a thrill to see him in office as the POTUS though.
But he has laid the groundwork for a revolution. The wildfire is burning briskly.

Ignorance
After viewing Christine Amanapours show over the weekend, I've reached the conclusion that the mainstream media, no matter how detached or independent they claim to be, are practicing the politics of exclusion. Clowns like George Will will never bite the hands that feeds them so well and view Ron Paul as a threat to their much cherished status quo.
Now we see a Pawlenty as well as a Paul Ryan being added to the mix and I'm sure that my faith in the true ignorance of the American people will be capitalized on when one of these clowns makes a boneheaded move or statement. It's the very beginning of this campaign and I'm sure we will see no end of underhanded tactics to smear or marginalize Dr. Paul.
If not us than who?

Was just watching CNN Morning and the two bimbo card readers had another bimbo Republican pollster on droning about the lack of GOP frontrunners and that there is still time for someone to "popup" like the RNC is cranking a jack-in-the-box ... they actually mentioned Jeb Bush I mean the panic is becoming very obvious.
This is not panic
This is normal every day business for the establishment and their media.
They are preparing the sheeple for their next move.
My guess is it will be Palin - the so-called Tea Party darling. Then all media will go out of their way describing how a shift has happened, how the whole country now wants small government and liberty and all the sheeple will follow and happily vote for Palin (or whoever they bring forward) just like they did with Obama and every other president before him for a very long time.
We need to wise up and begin to understand their plans and how they operate. Otherwise we will just be fooled once again.

A while back a posted a comment about Ron biding his time as to when he would announce and why the GOP debate that was scheduled for June was bumped until September.
My firm belief is that is was because of Ron not yet making a move as to what he would do. He was smart and playing out his hand. They were watching and waiting like hawks as to what Ron would do.
Our guy is a HUGE power structure on the hill no matter how the elite try to play it. He is a formidable foe. He is right and they all KNOW it. And there is nothing they can do except to
do the same old baloney as last time - only harder.
Ron IS the frontrunner. The rest of these oafs that are paraded before the public are just that - oafs.
None of them want to debate him. None of them want to stand on the stage with him. He always wins with knowledge, wisdom and common sense. Period.

Ron. The usual babble that has come to be the norm just is not working amymore. And people are waking up to his message.

We all know it takes being members in your town, county and state GOP committees etc. to get the delegates.
