Thanks to a recent Federal Judge's ruling, the TSA was present at Santa Fe's 2011 prom. High School students lined up to enter the prom and were greeted by the SS-TSA guard.

Two girls attending the prom are filing a complaint regarding allegations of groping, but those girls apparently failed to remember that this is the "freedom" our military is fighting for over in the Middle East.

complaints of groping - as if the TSA was going to NOT grope young females on prom night...

So these girls complained about the last prom that there was groping by LOCAL security officials, and so the response by the school was to call in the T,S & A molesters to show them how to grope properly. (more importantly, get away with it by simply claiming it was "proper")

My title was a bit misleading, but at the end of the day it doesn't matter why they were there and when they were there. What matters, in my opinion, is that they were there. TSA shouldn't be employed at all of course.

it's not presented clearly.

The two girls who complained complained about a previous search done for a school district event, then the judge ordered the TSA to watch any future district searches. The district didn't have enough time to arrange that so they arranged state troopers to do it instead.

I still don't understand, as with the previous prom scenario, why the students don't just throw their own prom and not have to worry about any district "requirements".

The girls who complained are from Capital High from last weeks prom. This story is about Santa Fe High and the prom they just had a few days ago.

And to anyone who thinks this is nutso talk, the law is already in place for ten years now. It just takes a while to get people not only used to the idea, but to make them clamor for it.

being groped and fondled for "security" as a routine matter, then they won't put up a fuss about it.

Remember, these kids at prom were 7-8 years old when 9/11 happened. Most have no recollection of life before the 4th Reich. We are fast approaching the time when 9/11 will be true history for fresh voters. That time is only 7 short years away.

As it is, these kids were toddlers when Waco and Ruby Ridge happened. They were born AFTER the fall of the Berlin Wall. They have no concept of the full ramifications of "Your Papers Please."
