I have repeatedly asked my reps to not vote for this, but they always respond with the same argument. It doesn't violate rights and gives the govt power to keep us safe.

My replyis always simple. I guess you will continue to violate your oath of office then.

at least at the end of the day we can say we did something we can be proud of...especially when our children will ask us in the future the hard questions about the reality they live in and our work.
