Not a pundit dare proclaim that Paul was the man
The polls they held onto with all of their might
In hopes that their “data” soon prove them right.

The corporate interests and candidates were snug in their beds
While visions of power danced in their heads
Luntz tucked them in and kissed them good night
Promising his meter always proves right

Meetups sprang up from shore to shore
Proclaiming the message we all adore
Our hope for freedom caused such a clatter
As the people pronounced, “The Constitution does matter!”

Proved to the pundits, we’re not the spammers they say
As usual they continued to deny the truth
In St. Louis, Rudy moaned, “I’ve got the flu”

Huckabee surged in the polls, much thanks to Chuck
Then many wondered, is something amuck?
Conservative, he claims, I warn you, “don’t buy it”
Give him the chance, he’ll put us all on a diet

Outside on the fresh fallen snow like a dove
The word Revolution shone from above
When suddenly, to wondering eyes did appear
A blimp floating over New Hampshire this year

Volunteers by the droves knocking door to door
In Iowa, New Hampshire, and Carolina’s shore
And that’s not all - Super Tuesday is coming
We’re organized, funded, with passion uniting

The source of the passion causing a revolution?
His name is Ron Paul, Champion of the Constitution

The establishment pretended as they fell off to sleep
Our front-runner will win, but we may have to cheat
Little do they know, we won’t stop the fight
