Ron Paul picks up a major endorsement from Iowa lawmaker sparking the first of endorsements to come for the Republican congressman from Texas Dr. Ron Paul

ANKENY, Iowa - Texas congressman Ron Paul has collected his first endorsement from a sitting member of the Iowa Legislature.

At a news conference Monday at his campaign headquarters, Paul got the backing of Des Moines Republican legislator Glen Massie. Massie a former marine says he decided to endorse Paul because of the Texan's devotion to the Constitution.

There is no other Republican candidate that stands a chance against Obama. Ron Paul is the only logical candidate. Repeat this again and again to all strangers, friends and family.
