Is Megrahi a NATO target?
Timing is everything. NATO is bombing civilian areas at a time when Scotland is trying to change the law to allow Megrahi's appeal to go public. Until now, Scottish authorities were fighting to keep his account out of public view.
Maybe this is a good time to get him to publish it in an alternative manner.
