I just talked to the victorious attorney. He said, of the involved judges, the real "hero" was Antonio Perez-Benitoa who fought hard against the BOA.

I made a couple other calls to get the following contact info:

Send a thank you note to Sheriff Rambosk by sending an email to hq@colliersheriff.org.

The judge who ruled against the bank is Mr. Antonio Perez-Benitoa. He can be reached through the Program Coordinator, Deborah, at dmravic@ca.cjis20.org.

Please send them a note of THANKS.

We need more folks, esp like this judge to rule against the true criminals, the megabanks who are oppressing the people and looting our national treasuries.

We need to learn and use the legal system

I have filed suit against Blue Cross Blue shield and GMAC Mortgage both successfully (well settling with me not being able to disclose how much they paid me is successful enough for me.) I will be filing against Verizon Wireless 6/15/11 unless I get satisfaction before then. We need to file small claims suits against cops that violate our constitutional rights, they do not have immunity. Take a few of their homes, cars and garnish their wages and I think we may get results. This is one win for the good guys lets plan on more in the future

Moved my money from BOA over a year ago

I couldn't STAND watching BOA foreclosing on homes across the country after receiving BILLIONS in bailout money!

In the words of one person I heard on TV say during an interview, "If a bank thinks it is 'too big to fail, then let's make 'em SMALLER by taking our business elsewhere." I agreed and moved my money to a small, independent bank that didn't take TARP monies.

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this video!!!!

Just goes to show what can happen to anyone if they don't pay debts as they are ordered to by the courts. In the end justice was served and the bank paid the debt it owed for wrongly foreclosing on a property for which it had no right to forclose upon...or even had a mortgage on in the first place.

A court ordered the bank to pay the legal fees of these people who had their house wrongly forelosed. I don't see how collecting the debt through a legal process could be the cause of a lawsuit. Every day people have their bank accounts seized or their earnings garnished because they have failed to pay a debt. The fact that it can happen to company on the Dow Jones Industrials just like it would to a guy or gal working a nine to five job is a good sign if you ask me.
