By NEDRA PICKLER, Associated Press via CNS News

WASHINGTON (AP) — A bipartisan group of 10 lawmakers is suing President Barack Obama for taking military action against Libya without war authorization from Congress.

Not to be a pain, but

while he's on the subject of the constitution, what is keeping Kucinich from seeing/admitting that the income tax is unconstitutional, too?

I love Kucinich. Of all the

I love Kucinich. Of all the people on the democrat side, he is the single person I can pick out as populist. Looking out for the people. Sure in his own way.

Yes I don't agree with his voting record.
Yes I don't agree with his political positions generally.
But... Big But... He is a force on a few things which are of dire importance and he will, if his positions coalesce somewhat with ours, be a persuasion toward liberty despite his mixed ideology. (nothing wrong here, just opinion)

The same can be said of Ron Paul if you look it from such a progressive perspective. Both are good. Ultimatums are proper, but there is a limit to compromise.

It's the end of July, so I see the artificial urgency. That doesn't change much realistically. Who knows maybe the DP and RPF get an inundation of participation. Here the grass roots shine... Education.

Wars, on & on,

there are endless wars because the war-mongers get endless supply of money & resources. Wars are waged with fake money, to protect the 'real' status of thi$ money, and to plunder resources like oil, and to assist Zion in building the temple.

i can see the coalitions

coming together to get ron paul elected. wait till rand hits the campaign trail. gonna be interesting

I like

a Paul/Kucinich ticket I really think it would be a winning ticket.

9/11 was an inside job .....time to get some answers..RP 2012

Please watch and pass this on....very good

Hi all.....please forward this video to everyone you know.....around the one hour and 15 minute mark Ron Paul brings it all home.......he is the ONLY man I see fighting for LIBERTY.....we must get him elected....NO ONE else will do!!

Why is Justin Amash not supporting this lawsuit??

On his facebookpage he's talking about 'the unlawful war in Libya". If he thinks is unlawful, why he is not supporting this lawsuit??
I can't email him because i'm not from his district, but I hope someone else can ask for a explanation?

good question!

i don't know he lives in my state i should contact him on Facebook about this issue and lawsuit

Albert Camus — 'The only way to deal with an unfree world is to become so absolutely free that your very existence is an act of rebellion.'

so how was 9/11 an act of war

so how was 9/11 an act of war if there was no boots on the ground, no military at all...just what, 14 guys with box cutters?

funny

Believe it or not, this actually made me laugh out loud. How come no one's ever done this before? It's about time we stand up for the Constitution.

GOD BLESS

people like dennis and rand who can come together across the isle and agree on such a huge matter. these are the people who realy are fighting for us and our country and they need our continued support. ive sent dennis a thank you letter ( which i know is small ) but i encourage everyone to thank the people whether its a congressman, senator, or news ancor who is on the side of liberty and having the guts to speak out about the truth. let them know they are appreiated :)

Take Our Worthless Federal Reserve Notes

Take our worthless federal reserve notes for your oil and we won't bomb the bejeebers out of you.

That seems to be the M.O. of the criminals who have taken so much control of US foreign policy lately.

May our efforts in support of Congressman Ron Paul be blessed with supernatural success.

Rand's is sporting the Trump

Rand's is sporting the Trump today. His hair cracks me up sometimes.

How nice to see that Kucinich

has such a low "bullshit" threshold. She certainly didn't like him pointing out how stupid she looked!! tee hee hee

Censorship is awesome

I think the mods want us to keep the FCC

Sorry, kids

Kudos to the few backbones in DC attempting to minimize the madness.

However, the plans for WWIII are already in place. Congress will roll over and give the NWO the green light.

Taking bets.

I'm not optimistic about this

I'm not optimistic about this lawsuit either

Food for thought -

If you look at the big picture and read between the lines, it becomes obvious that our multiple middle east "illegal" wars have one thing in common. The Jewish lobby. Perhaps I mean Zionist, but the waters are too muddy to see the difference...

What a brainwashed b@##%

Where do they find so many brainwashed people who can't think for themselves, but only spew their brainwashing? I got to hand it to them, the MSM really know how to find them. What part of the Constitution does she not understand? Has she ever read it? Does she know that it is what our government was founded on? Stupid questions, I know - it is obvious she is just another Obama worshiper who would defend his actions no matter what he did.

They get paid to look pretty and read the script.

They are "whores" who do what they're told, and many prolly don't like it, and collect a check.

I wish some of them would grow a conscience and quit and go public with the "inside scoop". You know, be a whistle blower.

If a few big names would do this, the dam might be very well break, and we could start arresting the criminal bankers who control everything.

We could start by arresting Obama, and his cabinet, and hopefully one of them would start ratting out the higher level folks.

We need a rEVOLution.

This may be a defribulator for our dying Republic

This may be a defribulator for our dying Republic.

We all know our government is completely paralyzed by partisan stupidity -- Obama could barely work with radical neoliberals Democrats in his own party, so he certainly will never work with the GOP; and the GOP refuses in principle to even call Obama "The President."

Third parties will never emerge because of the lock on power in the two-party system.

Therefore, to get anything done in the future, like-minded Congressmen from both sides of the aisle will have to form coalitions based on single issues and single pieces of legislation, ram em through, and split up again.

They do that in Europe all the time, but they have the added bonus of small single-issue parties to lobby single issues and legislation. They know how to make it fun.

The Kucinich-Paul Coalition is simply the first of many different and bewildering political coalitions and alliances of the future.

"Cowards & idiots can come along for the ride but they gotta sit in the back seat!"

Foreign Aid?

Just another word for a loan.

But why did Rand say he would have went into Afghanistan in the first place when 17 of 19 hijackers on 9/11 were Saudis, and the entire show was financed by Pakistan?

Either way... Rand is turning out to be a great son, supportin his old man by knowing what works in the media

Whether you think you can or you can't, you're right. -Henry Ford

Are You Kidding Me?

Its not war because there are no troops on the ground. Drone attacks that are killing innocent civilians is not war because a US soldier didn't shoot them. Why are they bothering with court. Doesn't Congress have the authority to begin impeachment proceedings. Maybe we should start t thread on how many times Obama has violated his oath of office. Then we can send it to our congress men and women. I'm really disappointed and sick of all the ass kissing going on. All Obama has to do is take Denny for another ride in air force one and that will solve all the problems. Excuse me while I go and vomit.

Excuse me while I go throw up as well,

sellout statists deserve to be charged with high crimes and thrown out of office, lock, stock ,and barrel!

ytc's picture

Wars of aggression & foreign aids: yup they are both. . .

wasteful, immoral and unaffordable.

Wonderful to see the principled TWO from both parties joining in this cause.

Only STRONG, independent (America-first) leaders will take this honorable position - UNLIKE bomb-bomb-McC / more-war-any-war Gragham / Joe Haterman.

Individual first

Actually it should be the "individual first.".
