Arizona Swat Team Cleared in Jose Guerena Killing

"The SWAT team that gunned down a former Marine in his Tucson, Ariz., home was cleared today of any wrongdoing in the incident." - ABC News
What I still want to know:
1) What evidence/suspicion was used to justify the search warrant?
2) Why a SWAT team? Why not just have a couple detectives search the home?

I am shocked...
SHOCKED that the SWAT team would be cleared. Who saw it coming?
But don't worry, I'm sure they would have given Jose the same benefit of the doubt if he had picked off the first guy and surrendered when he realized it was SWAT team.
Right?
Right?....
So they can continue their murderous
rampages at tax payer expense, with generous vacation and early retirement benefits.
So let's see the warrant.
Has that been released? Last I heard a judge had sealed it without comment. The article says:
"A SWAT officer, Sgt. Bob Krygier, told officials of the sheriff's office who investigated the incident that the raid on Guerena's home was probing "possible drug running, home invasions and potential homicides.
He said "many guns" were found in the house, including the AR-15 that Guerena was holding, another rifle and a handgun. Body armor and a U.S. Border Patrol hat also were found, he said.
"He was well-armed, well armored," Krygier said."
So where's the warrant?
Someday when his child grows up and the mother has
to explain how this man served his country and then was killed by his own country, there is going to be one pissed off child. How do you explain that to someone. This is total B.S., his wife needs to appeal this and hire the best attorney money can buy. I am pissed.

The R3volution requires action, not observation!!!!
No drugs found but...
It's perfectly fine to storm an individuals home and kill him. What this guy did was justified however it's unfortunate that he was outgunned. More "actions" like this will be coming to a theater near you.
This case perfectly
This case perfectly demonstrates the folly of the "from my cold, dead hands" machismo permeating many gun enthusiast communities.
It's very easy for the oppressors to walk house to house and kill the homeowner, then pry his guns away from him, since the oppressors will always vastly outnumber individuals as long as individuals wait around in their living room for the confrontation to take place.
No swat team commander would pay half a second worth of attention to some yahoo doing this, as he is such easy prey. In fact, he is the ideal victim to slaughter for circus part of the regime's bread and circuses policy. The fact that the victim had guns, and even more so if he had expressed "anti government sentiments" along the lines of "from my cold, dead hands"; just make the fat, flatfooted, incompetent backmarkers cheering on the enforcement arm of the oppression, more excited to support the slaughter.
The only way the kill'em-for-kicks-and-political-circus enforcers will face a real threat, is if enough of the "cold, dead hands" yappers actually get together and go on the offensive. Then the swat clowns and their paymasters will find themselves outnumbered and outgunned. Someone, I believe might have been Koerneke, recommended, once one has finally realized that the regime, and all that works for it, is the enemy; all those with the wherewithal would simply start shooting the regimes enforcers in the neck, between the kevlar vest and the helmet, then take their weapons and move on.
Of course, the fact that this may well be the morally correct thing to do when faced with the kind of oppression we face today, in no way means a coward like me would ever advocate for anyone to actually consider harming anyone else. I'm as much of an uncritical believer in non violence as anyone else indoctrinated by the regime into believing they are the only ones who can rightfully use violence, while the rest of us should simply get on our knees and ask the regime's appointed judges to use violence on our behalf.
And Jose Guerena's kids should just grow up fatherless. That's the responsible way, after all. Anything else would be extremist.
Time for the court of public opinion...
They might not be judged in the court of law, but this does not mean that they cannot be judged in the court of public opinion. For instance the local people should withdraw all services from anyone they know is one of these officers. Work in retail? That is a perfect opportunity to judge. Let say a cop walks in, don't provide any service or bad service, cross your arms and turn around. Work in a coffee stand or food service? Screw up their orders, cold coffee or "I'm sorry I thought you said decaff", but don't taint any food or do anything illegal. I suggest people watch Fight Club for more on this subject.
Another thing that can be done is, local citizens or Jose Guerena's widow need to file civil claims and liens against every officer, supervisor, and official involved, they will likely be denied, however you will destroy their credit ratings, possibly to the point of bankruptcy. This is commonly done in the so called "sovereign citizen movement". It can be quite effective if you do it right, use the system against them. Don't file anything frivolous, base everything on fact.

Imagine that
The Pima County Deputy Attorney cleared the Pima County Sheriff Department of stupidity and wrongdoing. Who could have predicted that outcome?
What's next? - "Madoff cleared of wrongdoing by his wife," or "Sammy Gravano has just cleared John Gotti of any wrongdoing." "Elliot Spitzer cleared by his prostitute."

Oathkeepers needs to hit these AZ communists hard.
Those shots could have happened with the rifle on the floor
After the murderers had already shot him the first dozen times and he was lying on the ground dying, many dozens of more bullets were fired his way. Any of those bullets could have hit the rifle head on, when Jose wasn't even holding it anymore.
Of course, we didn't expect anything less than fellow government employees clearing the government murderers of murder.
This is why people feel they have to take justice into their own hands, because they don't get any from government, where government is involved.
All cops that shot him should be tried for murder, because that is what they did.
