How You Can Make a Big Difference for Ron Paul Step-by-Step. LiterallySubmitted by MikeLawson on Thu, 06/16/2011 - 22:02
There are some key things we should all do to help Ron Paul win the primary election, as this will be the only one he really needs to be concerned about. Beating Obama will be easy. Beating the likely Republican primary voter's conditioning (i.e. media sources, pundits, charmers, etc.) is the biggest hurdle we face.
In order to get Ron Paul's message to these particular voters there are 2 things that MUST be done by each of us who are physically capable.
Before doing those things we have to identify likely republican primary voters. How? It's easy. Your county board of elections will give you a cd with a spreadsheet of all voters in as many precints/zipcodes as you're willing to cough up $4-$15 for. You can also get a printout.
The people you're looking for voted in the last two republican primaries. See, I told you it was easy. Now that you know who you're looking for, go visit them and keep in touch with some of them.
1--From your spreadsheet, print out reasonable walking routes and go door-knocking every week, twice week if possible. Make notes next to the names you visited and keep them--"very supportive", "uncertain-needs info on voting record", etc.
2--Write a form-letter thank you and personalize each one based on your notes. Ask them to volunteer for the campaign at www.RonPaul2012.com if they were supportive at all. Send them more info if they need it. Thank them for seeing you if they were solidly opposed to Ron Paul and encourage them to fully research all the candidates, not accepting campaign rhetoric as truth.
There are a lot of people on the Daily Paul and we could actually make a huge impact on this primary election. Please do these things if you can.
