The reinvention of John McCain is robbing away Ron Paul's NH propsects.
John McCain was practically dead just three months ago.
His stubborn, blind attachment to George W. Bush, to the Iraq Invasion, to endless Occupation, to "the Surge", to his walking around the green zone in a bullet proof vest, to his very unpresidential "bomb, bomb, bomb Iran" jokes, had revealed to all very clearly that John McCain was indeed a charlatan, a fool, an establishment tool, a chronic deceiver, a robotic Neocon lapdog, and that there was zero so-called "straight-talk" anywhere to be found with him at all.
But, then John McCain started making some very slick TV Ads, where he postures around to be this great "truth-teller" fighting lobbyists, cutting government waste, and making enemies in Washington for all the right reasons, etc. I have seen these commericals, and almost thought for a second that it was something that dated back to his old 2000 campaign. His commericals have been very impressive, and very persuasive as a marketing tool. Of course, in reality they are completely untrue, and the real truth is that John McCain is one of the most obsequious, brown-nosing, pro-Neocon doormats and yes-men to ever walk the halls of Washington, DC. But the average voter is easily manipulated.
Unfortunately something has really happened here. McCain has shot up from the graveyard of very low single digits all the way up to the 25%+ range now in New Hampshire, and he is now in a statistical tie with Mitt Romney for 1st place. At this point, it is hard to now escape the conclusion that McCain is today the odds-on favorite to win NH (as his old 2000 coalition has returned).
This huge rise and reinvention of John McCain is the biggest threat and obstacle now confronting the prospects of the Ron Paul campaign. You see it is the Independents, moderate/non-fascist Republicans, and the undecideds that have been moving and shifting over to the McCain campaign.
But those are our target voters! The Independents, moderate/non-fascist Republicans, and undecideds are the pool of voters that Ron Paul has to win and win in big numbers in order to prevail in New Hampshire. All the other candidates have either hit a plateau or are falling except for Huckabee. And Huckabee voters aren't really Paul's demographic, but the old McCain 2000 demographic is. We have to win those voters and take them away from McCain.
We cannot just stand by idly here and let Neocon slave-boy John McCain just masquarade around as "the maverick" and the "truth-teller" and the guy who "fights Washington" and falsely steal away the demographic of voters that should be voting for Ron Paul.
Somehow, the Ron Paul campaign has to expose John McCain for the unprincipled flack that he really is and make it unmistakeably clear who the real "straight-talk-express" candidate is here. I know Ron Paul is used to only running issue-oriented Ads, but apparently too many voters have been misinformed or they are too gullible, and far too many would-be Ron Paul voters now seem to be casting their lot with John McCain.
We have to confront this problem one way or another, and have a concrete Ron Paul campaign strategy in place to address it.
The more that people flock to John McCain, the dimmer the prospects become for a Ron Paul victory. We need all the Independent voters, the disaffected Veterans, the non-fascist Republicans, the undecided voters. These have to be our voters (Ron Paul) and we have to aggressively compete for them.
This means we have to take down John McCain and expose him for the corrupt buffoon that he is. We can't go into this gunfight here with a toothpick and expect to come out on top.
We have to directly challange John McCain
We cannot just let him take that 25%-30-35%% of the vote away from us.
Ron Paul has no chance without it.

The free air time being given to McCain by the tv press in New Hampshire is the same tactic being used with Huckabee in Iowa. It may appear that these guys are getting it for free but mark my words it is not free (it's costing millions) and the money is being funneled to these tv stations diguised as advertising revenue by RNC affiliated companies, it is crooked to the core and never investigated. Mike Huckabee and John McCain have no actual support in Iowa and New Hampshire it is all a lie to justify the ballot fraud being set-up as we speak in both states.

The official Campaign has said they have a plan for dealing with this problem that they can't talk about. They need us to do NOTHING on this issue. What they DO need us to do (beyond what we have already been doing) is spread the word on Ron Paul, go door to door, and get out the vote on election day.
There are SOME things we need to let the campaign handle. Dr. Paul's personal security is one, and this is another.

that explain how you can get involved in getting RP voters to sign affidavits they voted for Ron. If the official vote deviates against Ron's affidavit total legal action can immediately be taken to obtain a hand count in the affected precincts. Hopefully, the prospect of these recounts will deter the power elite from rigging the Diebold vote machines from spitting out whatever vote totals they are programmed to say. My fear is the rigged polls are paid for by the same elite who control the electoral system, thus they will rig teh Diebold machines to report Ron's vote total as being substantially in accordance with their own polls.
Specific threads for more detail: "Neo-Cons Poised to Play Voting Fraud Trump Card", "CALL TO ACTION - Stopping Voter Fraud". Other similar threads exist exist but this can give you the information you need = AND this is an issue ALL RON PAUL supporters should be jumping on. What was it Stalin reportedly said, "It doesn't matter who casts the votes. It only matter who counts them". The elite have the means to fraudulently steal elections now that they have managed to have their Diebold machines "counting" the vote in nearly all jurisdictions. They probably think they have finally foisted a no-lose result for themselves - and they have, unless we can stop them with affidavits.
Every Ron Paul Meetup Group in existence should make this their top priority on election day - or else there is a very real chance all our activities on behalf of Ron's campaign will have been in vain. So see the websites referred to in the other threads mentioned above. They can provide everything you need in order to help prevent a rigged electoral outcome.

The situation in Iraq has improved recently, albeit from one of the deadliest years yet for U.S. forces, but it has little to do with the surge. The real reason is that the U.S. has authorized local Sunni militia groups to arm and police their own neighborhoods. These groups are also receiving salaries from the U.S. This proves that the Iraqis can police and defend themselves once we leave.

Most people know McCain is a RINO
All you have to do is point out he votes for amnesty for illegals every chance he gets. That has hurt him badly here in AZ. I doubt he will even win his home state in the primaries. Hopefully he's dropped out before Super Tuesday but I doubt we will see anyone other than Hunter and maybe Thompson drop out before then.

There is no way for us to know Ron Paul's total support until after an election. If McCain is rising, I doubt it is Ron Paul he pulls from. I have not heard of people leaving Ron Paul once they understand his point of view because he is the ONLY one with this point of view and people don't want to leave it once they understand. Where would they go? Either they didn't understand in the first place, or they are not going anywhere. This is not about left and right, democrat and republican, this is about standing with America and the Constitution or wanting world government, new world order, world economy, North American Union. There is only one who stands with the Constitution, small governement, low taxation, freefom for the individual-the others say it like they always have, but we have never ever gotten it because they don't mean it.

Let a surrogate do it
A surrogate organization should do the dirty work to keep it away from the Paul campaigner. Remember that going negative is a big negative to independent voters.

In 2000, McCain got a huge number of Independents to win NH. But this year NH Independents are at least 90% opposed to the war. The war is basically their major issue (this may play well for Ron in the general). Ron will solidly carry the Independents, the only question is will enough of them play in the GOP primary to give Ron the victory.
