Russell Means - Ron Paul's Competitor '88 Libertarian Nomination

In 1988 at the Libertarian Party's National Convention, the two leading candidates were Ron Paul and Russell Means. Help keep the Libertarian Party on the ballot so you have a Plan B in 2012 if the Republican Party lacks the wisdom to nominate Ron Paul. on July 4th please donate $17.76 at www.lp.org Thank you.

Great calming peaceful music!

So many talented musicians for RP!

MoRtisNoCTu (DPer) is one, too. We are trying to put something together for RP kids and events. . . (getting distracted in eight directions. Sorry MRNCT for taking so long)

Bookmarked for late night viewing: too much going on right now.

His views on localization and culture as the basis for giving value to our FREEDOM is worth contemplating!

Thanks, reed3r, for the timely post for the Independence Day!

Much to be learned here

Admire his Warrior Attitude of the mind

Will save for later viewing, & will find a copy of his book

"You Cannot Stop An Idea Whose Time Has Come"

I'm going

to save this so I can watch it in its entirety later; I have watched a few minutes and am impressed! Thank you for sharing this, Reed.

To paraphrase Russell, "...On the eve of the 200-year anniversary of the Constitution, in 1988, Congress sent a written thank you to the Six-Nation-Iroquois Confederacy, thanking them for their input into the Constitution. The Constitution is Indian Law, and that's why I love it..."

Bookmarked and bumped

we could learn a lot from Russel Means.

"We can see with our eyes, hear with our ears and feel with our touch, but we understand with our hearts."

So much of our history has been

suppressed and lost.

Man, that was great!

A must see...an hour and a half but, worth it.

Who would have known that the Orwell book 1984 was originally titled 1948? Wow!

"Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom. It is argument of tyrants. It is the creed of slaves." William Pitt in the House of Commons November 18, 1783
"I know major allies who fund them" Gen. Dempsey referring to ISIS

Wow. Talk about some weekend

Wow. Talk about some weekend watching! Man, I learned some horrid stuff I never really knew. I wish every awake person could watch this, as the others just would not get this. ALL of it is enlightening.
