"Constitutionalist=REBEL"- many people have not yet grasped that

Of course , that is a good thing. The Founders were rebels.

Good interview , worth watching!

the "dollar" id the Federal

the "dollar" is the Federal governments life blood. When others do not use the dollar the Government suffers. They can not have any competing currencies.

Real money will prevail...

Gold and Silver are fast becoming the World Reserve Currency.

Criminal and sad.

Let me on one of these types of juries.

I'll probably be the only holdout but I would not budge.

These men would never be found guilty from any jury I was on.

I get the impression that

I get the impression that coin dealers and silver speculators don't care much about this kind of story. I think all they care about is their own profit.

So, The Bottom Line Is:

The Fed can break or disregard Constitutional law, in regards to money, while we the people are coerced into using "Only" I.O.U. notes which represent a form of fluctuating value.

While I support the effort of making gold and silver coins legal, I never understood why they used the word dollar or had their coins indexed to USD in any way. To me this was strange and didn't help make their case.

They simply should of listed the contents (how many ounces) of the coins in gold and silver and let the market determine the exchange rate.

Otherwise I hardly see how this is much different then some other barter currencies such as Ithica Hours that are going around right now.

I Agree

I have a problem with them putting a dollar denomination on the coins as well. What would they have done if the price of silver went to $60 or $70 per ounce? Sell them to us for $50? I suspect not. They should have taken more precations to protect their customers too. Any idiot could have predicted how the Feds responded. It never ceases to amaze me how proponents of liberty continually underestimate how government will respond to their activities and then whine about it.

Kevin:

YOU are a hero, patriot, and we owe you a debt of gratitude.

I'm sorry you spent that time behind bars, happy that you studied hard and bettered yourself, and wish God's blessings upon you.

I trust that justice will ultimately win out on this issue.

It seems that the new Utah law would set a HUGE precedent, true?

Dear Liberty Dollar

Dear Liberty Dollar Supporters!

1. Update on the BVNH/Liberty Dollar Case
The 100+ articles on the BVNH trial for the Liberty Dollar generated a lot of interest and attracted some of the brightest and most dedicated Sound Money supporters and attorneys in the country. Two such attorneys were William J. Olson and Herbert Titus of Washington DC who became interested in the case because of the government's vehement press release against the Liberty Dollar, its Constitutional issues and the much wider implications of my conviction. And while their initial interest was for an appeal, much to their credit they realized that action before sentencing was in my interest and best interest of the law.

After a few, in depth phone conferences to clarify numerous legal and procedural issues, Bill and Herb agreed to submit an amicus brief on behalf of the non-profit Gold Anti-Trust Action Committee (GATA) organization in support of my trial attorney's motion for a dismissal or a new trial.

While I was very impressed with Bill and Herb's dedication to the Sound Money cause and in particular the ideals the Liberty Dollar represents, it was the quality of their lawyering that was most impressive. First, in concert with Gary G. Kreed with the US Justice Foundation, they requested permission to submit an amicus "friend-of-the-court" legal brief from the court that is not required to grant such a request. In fact, this was only the second time that such action was permitted by a North Carolina court.

The 13 page Motion for permission to file an amicus brief was submitted by Tom Ashcraft, a former aid to Jesse Helms and DOJ prosecutor in Charlotte. It was an absolute pleasure to read the motion that was obviously liked by the court as permission was granted. Within two weeks, Tom filed the 41 page Amicus Brief with Judge Voorhees. It was even better than the Motion. A lot better! But obviously not well liked by the DOJ who filed an extremely strong response with the court within two weeks. I was amazed and then dismayed.

Again to Bill, Herb, Gary and Tom's credit and determination, they asked the court for permission to file a Second Amicus Brief to rebut the DOJ response! And the court agreed! Within three days they filed a second amicus brief at the request of GATA in my behalf. The Brief was 19 pages of pure dynamite! Certainly, it is the best-written, well-researched work in defense of my Liberty Dollar case.

Even if you are not an attorney, if you are reading this newsletter, read this document. DON'T wait! Unfortunately, waiting is the name of the game. Now the court must weigh all the points of law and issue a decision. I promise to announce Judge Voorhees' decision ASAP. Meanwhile, please read all four legal actions in chronological order and then the following article in this Newsletter with the GATA announcement. Here are the links:

Oh, the Irony

Oh the irony and arrogance of our corporate government, who are desperately going after these guys who have the audacity to actually try and use *real money* to conduct business ..

.. and tries to convict them on a counterfeiting charge.

When said corporate government literally counterfeits TRILLIONS of dollars in a criminal global ponzi scheme that is rigged to funnel wealth and power up to the top 1%.

LOL

They are so desperate to prevent anyone from catching on to the truth: that if enough people start 'un-hooking' from this fraudulent system ... they will be free of the most damaging effects when the whole thing comes crashing down.

Heaven forbid. Gotta get the "little guys" and squash them before the truth gets out to too many people!

No accountability for the state when

they arrest and jail innocent people, depriving them of property and harming their health in confinement. If there were penalties to the involved police, prosecutors, and jailers there would be far far fewer good people in prison.

Precisely!

Why can't the police, and esp the prosecutors be charged with wrongful charges, or something criminal in nature? How about being tried as subversives, traitors to the U.S. Constitution???

That would put a halt to this insanity.
