I hate to take your time, but I could use an urgent link?

I am in a situation where I need the official and indisputable link to the proof that DHS targeted Ron Paul bumper stickers.

Please be patient with me on this because I have no idea where I book marked the best reference and I need it to wake someone right now.

If someone could find the time to help with this I would greatly appreciate your time.

The MIAC report you are referring to wasn't an "official" public statement or somesuch but rather an inside report that was "leaked" and then apologized for and retracted. Based on that, finding an indisputable official link is going to be rather difficult.

O.K. what he found in here was that Janet chastised them for doing this.I really need a DHS directive even if it is in PDF form.I have been searching for this,Someone gave it to me a few weeks ago and I have screwed up and lost it.

leaked. They got caught and redacted. They are funded by DHS.

Here is the DHS report - they do not "name names" (as in "Ron Paul supporters" the way the MIAC does), but this was the direction they gave to the fusion centers which resulted in the MIAC report:

I'm telling you if it is not doled out by Obama.It is BS,I just lost a friend in reality.I am to the point that even my wife is ashamed to be with me because of these Strong feelings I have.Too bad I love every one and every thing.At some point you can try and explain the color blue to someone that is blind and hope that they will understand?

A native american gal was an academy award winning actress by playing a part in this movie.It was staged in the twenties when women respected the forearms of the male dominant in the survival situation and she always called him"Mister".Really she did a god job of showing how strong someone had to be during the depression.At the end "Mister" lost his life being a logger and falling in between while the water was very cold.She did what needed to be done from that point.Tough broad man.

They are a "fusion center" funded by the DHS. The fox news article posted by WildBlue above has a lengthy quote from Janet Napolitano acknowledging their connection to DHS and their mission.

Alex Jones has received a secret report distributed by the Missouri Information Analysis Center (MIAC) entitled “The Modern Militia Movement” and dated February 20, 2009. A footer on the document indicates it is “unclassified” but “law enforcement sensitive,” in other words not for public consumption. A copy of the report was sent to Jones by an anonymous Missouri police officer.

The MIAC report specifically describes supporters of presidential candidates Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin, and Bob Barr as “militia” influenced terrorists and instructs the Missouri police to be on the lookout for supporters displaying bumper stickers and other paraphernalia associated with the Constitutional, Campaign for Liberty, and Libertarian parties.

“Missouri Information Analysis Center (MIAC) provides a public safety partnership consisting of local, state and federal agencies, as well as the public sector and private entities that will collect, evaluate, analyze, and disseminate information and intelligence to the agencies tasked with Homeland Security responsibilities in a timely, effective, and secure manner,” explains the MIAC website. “MIAC is the mechanism to collect incident reports of suspicious activities to be evaluated and analyzed in an effort to identify potential trends or patterns of terrorist or criminal operations within the state of Missouri. MIAC will also function as a vehicle for two-way communication between federal, state and local law enforcement community within our region.”
