Even if it is hackable It

Even if it is hackable It would take a lot of people to be doing it which I doubt the average voter has the knowledge or would spend the time doing it. I am an IT professional and I don't have the time or inclination to try and beside I want accurate results, I really want to know where we stand.

I believe this poll is a reasonably good sample. People try to dismiss it because its an internet poll and could be hacked however that is unlikely and millions of people have internet and are just as likely to vote as anyone else. And to whomever who said its' not scientific I had to chuckle because the so called scientific polls are not either.

The continued cries of spamming by the opposition are just cries of desperation IMO. They are hoping beyond hope that there is some explanation other then the the wide spread support of Dr. Paul that all the signs are indicating.

Democrat Assistance

The fact that AOL reports nearly equal numbers of people participating on both the Democrat & Republican side of the poll also lends credibility to the results. If indeed Paul's "mythical support" were the result of over-enthusiastic spamming, there would be a much greater disparity of participation.

As it is, it bodes well for the primaries (26 to 18), but presents a challenge for the general (26 to 46).

One thing at a time.

There is no such thing as

There is no such thing as "hack proof"

At least: I'm not an IT network professional but I'm sure veterans of e.g. Slashdot.org would like to chime in as to how "crack proof" any network is.
Any stupid poll is crackable. So folks, let us not believe any ol' poll on the 'net.
(And all the more reason for folks to understand just *how* electronic voting will deprive you of your voice)

Well Glad to know that in Mississippi

That I might have been the vote to take Ron Paul's 27% above Tax hike Mike's 27%.

RON PAUL!!!

If you click on the states,

If you click on the states, its pretty impressive. 50% in Alaska? WOW, I dont see many being hackers up there. Very impressive.

It may be "hackproof" but

It may be "hackproof" but it's not scientific. I wouldn't put much faith in it.

What's Good about this poll...

What's good about this poll is that all the other candidates' numbers are in par with the "scientific' polls of the MSM, meaning that it is probably pretty accurate.

I had noticed the same

I had noticed the same thing. Everyone except Ron Paul is in the places where the "scientific polls" claim they are. But, OF COURSE, Ron Paul's support is ONLY on the Internet, so that's why he's winning this poll. ;>) I'm going to have a lot of fun come the caucuses and primaries. I can't wait!

Very good catch!!!

Boy, are they in for a surprise in IA and NH! After that things are really going to change in the campaign! Brace yourselves, tighten your seat belts!

If that's true, then that's great news

I haven't checked to see if this is true, but if the other candidates really ARE within their statistical norms, then people that support Ron Paul really are not getting polled.
