Russia sells gold as its price rises. Is Russia selling gold? Or promises? Or promissory notes? Are they taking payment in something of value? Or just more promise?
Seems paths so trodden by many Nation over many centuries, Russia is selling its treasure. Its Russian Central Bank is reportedly selling its gold. The New York Times broadcasts their message. Is the NY Times wrong?
