My God, man - the Weekly Standard exists solely as a vehicle for Kristol's so-called "convictions." The man has no convictions, but he is bought, paid for, and not possible to change. How many times do people have to say these things?
Writing Kristol would be akin to writing Goebbels to try to convince him to come on by for our Passover dinner. It's absurd. In this world, there are evil men. They are called (rightly) "enemies." Kristol is one of them.

Please don't waste your time on this. He has his convictions, you won't change them, neither will we. Let's put our effort in our grassroots campaign. Talk to friends, family, and neighbors about Ron, donate, involve yourself in constructive discussions online, and of course, go out and vote. Let the other candidates fight for the neocon vote, and pander to the special interest groups. We're above that.

Look, Bill Kristol will be an adamant foe of the Good Doctor for the duration of this race, and it's not because of FOX or Rupert.
Bill's father, Irving, was one of the founding fathers of the political philosophy that would come to be known as neo-conservitism.
Bill will ravage anyone who attacks neocons as he will see it as an attack on his father as well as his own deeply held personal beliefs.
I was as angered at this piece as much as anyone, but you have to take into account the historical context.
BTW, neo-conservitism has it's roots in the socialist wing of the 1950's Demoratic party. It was first labled neo-conservitism in 1976 by a Jimmy Carter supporter as a perjoritive agaist supporters of Carter's Democratic primary foe, Scoop Jackson ( D - WA ).
You can google neo-conservitism if you want to see how in the space of about 40 years neo-conservitism went a radical left Democrat philosophy to the standerd fare Republican plank.
Remember Kristol has been indoctrinated since he was litterally old enough to walk, he will never relent but in his own way he really is defending what he believes to be absolute truth. I'll take that over MSM and radio talk show hit jobs that are either ratings driven or simply mindless trolls spitting out the party line.
