UFC Fighter Chris Lytle Considering Run for State Office in 2012

Looks like libertarian minded MMA fighter Chris Lytle is considering running for Indian State Senate in 2012. For those of you who don't remember, in 2010 he gave a shout out to Peter Schiff in his post fight victory speech asking the people of Connecticut to vote for him.

"As a fireman, he’s put out fires, and as a mixed martial artist he’s put out lights. Now UFC welterweight veteran Chris “Lights Out” Lytle is considering a 2012 run for the Indiana State Senate in District 28 or Indiana’s State House in District 53.

“I'm thinking about running because I feel we need new faces in there with the right intentions,” said Lytle in a press release issued Thursday. “My main concern is helping make Indiana a good economic environment for us and our children. I want to see if a normal blue-collar worker can make a difference.""

I like him, hope he runs

I like him, hope he runs

Chris is a good guy!

I've met him in person and he is a real class act. He actually lives in my hometown. I met him before he was running for Senate so I honestly don't know all of his political views but I will be doing my homework on him.

Inching forward

is all we need, only the PTB can cause something to clamp down on us if they feel us getting too close, keep that in mind. Thank you Chris Lytle for your courage, run for office like a freight train.

Those who expect to reap the blessings of freedom must. like men, undergo the fatigue of supporting it.-Thomas Paine

The R3volution requires action, not observation!!!!

Lets show support in Milwaukee...

We can show support by us, the Ron Paul supporters throwing around our own endorsements.

Hows that for a headline... "Ron Paul Supporters endorse Chris Lytle for Indiana State Senate."

We will forever be a force to be reckoned with.

Viva La Revolution!

Somewhere there are men planning the next destructive and evil ploy to make this world their own... The common man is not part of that plan as we would see fit... Merely pawns to be used against one another.

Good idea!

Sounds like an interesting way to endorse him, which could pick him up some support.

This is a philosophical

This is a philosophical revolution, whereby the people of this country will rise up and take back control from the establishment. Excellent news.
