Here is the current official schedule for the Straw Poll:

Friday, 8/31:
6am : DFW Grassroots Breakfast (Four Star Coffee Bar at 815 Houston St, Fort Worth)
7am - 7pm : Registration / Trade Show (booth staffed)
9am - 4pm : Campaign School
7pm : Delegates Banquet
8:30pm - midnight : Party featuring Jimmie Vaughan and Ron Paul, $25 a person, free for documented delegates

Saturday, 9/1:
5:30am : DFW Grassroots Breakfast (Four Star Coffee Bar at 815 Houston St, Fort Worth)
6am - 10am : Registration / Trade Show (booth staffed)
7am : Breakfast with Ron Paul at the Renaissance Worthington (for delegates, may be some standing room left)
8am : Ron Paul Parade to Convention Center
9:00am - noon : Inside for Speeches
noon - 3pm : Voting

Also for outside team:

1) Please make the DFW Grassroots Breakfasts if you want to be hit the ground running, especially on Saturday. Keep in mind that if you get there by 8 or 9 on Saturday you will only be there until about noon. We need as many people on the ground, the entire day if we expect to make an impact. I know it's early, but this is our chance as grassroots to give Ron a win.

2) At 4pm Duncan Hunter will have an outside rally. We will be respectfully crashing this party. If you weren't planning to be out of work the whole day friday, see if you can out early to help with this.

3) When in doubt, outside, look for an orange organizers shirt. Only organizers who have been coordinating these activities have them. They will be able to direct you, or get you to someone who can. If you can't find anyone, anywhere, find Debra Reineke at the delegates entrance. She will be wearing an orange shirt, and have a powerful walkie-talkie.

4) Bring water, hat, sunscreen, comfortable shoes, walkie talkie if you have one, video camera, and a change of business casual clothes and $25 if you want to try to get in.

Special Note: The voting is restricted to people who are "inside" the Texas republican "machine". This means that if you are not sure if you can vote, you probably can not. People who are eligible to vote can bring in two guests for $25 each (bring cash). We have many delegates and several delegate guest slots available. Bring money and we will try to get you inside if we can. We plan on having THOUSANDS of Ron Paul supporters and our goal is to upstage the event. There will be PLENTY of activities outside if you do not get in.

Please bring WATER, SUNSCREEN, CASH (FRNs), and an UMBRELLA (MIGHT RAIN!).

There will be a separate peace organization that is not affiliated with us having their own rally. Please be polite to them.

During the entire event, the goal is to sway voters and look good on the news. PLEASE be mature. There will be times to yell and support Ron Paul, but other than those, please show support by emulating Ron Paul's behavior. That will be the best way to persuade undecided voters. Our internal polling shows a large number of undecided voters may be attending. We want to make a GREAT impression on them. This is NOT a protest.
