Love won! Deliverance from Tyranny is on the way! Col. 2:13-15

The Peopls Bank of America?

Now I'm no rocket scientist and have never claimed to be.

BUT:

If way back when they first started this so called Federal Reserve, supposedly to help the good people of America, if they had of started...say... the People's Bank of America, run and operated by the good people of America (not criminals and thieves) that gave out loan's for homes cars, etc. and all the interest on those loan's went back onto the United States of America (not the pockets of the rich/elite)to help support the citizens of the United States of America.

Don't Ya think the United States of America would still be one of the most prosperous and free countries in the world today???

And not the dictatorship that it's turning into!!

I'm just sayin........

Vote Dr. Ron Paul 2012 to make a better world for all mankind!!!

Results would be the same

If you're talking about legal counterfeiting by each state, the results would be the same - corruption and indebtedness to the criminal bankers at the top, and ultimately, a consolidation of banks.

"It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a rEVOLution before tomorrow morning." - Henry Ford

Andrew Jackson thought a State Bank in every State....

Was better than a National Bank in all fifty.

So maybe he was ahead of his time....to see the reality you propose as being the only answer.

MOXy I need to send you money.

Plain and simple. (to the moxy money biased trough)

All I can say otherwise is the truth is stark, raw and unapologetic. Ron is right, but also he is wrong. There is a way out and nothing we can do domestically or foreign which will be an adequate backstop in this system to the 'leveling' inherent in market manipulation.

The way out is changing the system. I think wholeheartedly his idea of competing currency is probably the most cogent and rational idea considered in ... recent history...

If nothing else, that alone is a wavy boat, but ultimately when the waves settle, those who deserve it will fail (with the currency they choose, hopefully people will pay attention and choose wisely).

It's a tough road. Very tough. If we reject the notion of our responsibility for not only our prosperity but also our neighbors, we are truly doomed. (not in any religious way... a systematic way).

There is a way out of it. Despite the turmoil, conviction in one's self and community will help us work through any monetary conflagration.

That was great! Ron said the crowds respond very favorably to

his message because he is telling the TRUTH. I agree.

Debbie

The Truth and Nothing but the Truth

The key is the word, truth. The truth is rarely well-received. The truth is often painful. The truth frequently begs introspection. Many people really don't love the truth as they simply can't bear it.

Debbie's picture

Ron Paul is much loved because he is honest. He has the courage

and integrity to tell the truth. Being lied to is more painful in the long run. People must be starting to realize that or they would not respond favorably, as he said. They are fed up with the lies and hypocrisy!

Dr. Downer

When the Judge asked Ron Paul, "Can't the Republicans just say NO and end the spending?" He also said, "The Republicans control the house." Ron Paul ends up saying (paraphrase) that it doesn't work like that. He continued to talk about how everything has to get much worse before people wake up.

I am really hoping his message becomes more "hopeful" in his campaign. He could have used that opportunity (and it definitely seemed like the Judge was giving it to him by responding, "how do voters respond to that message?") to say, "Yes, the Republicans need to step up and stop this spending. We have the opportunity to majorly restructure the way we do things. This is the time, and we need to call our representatives and tell them to start bringing the Government back under control!"

I support Ron Paul all the way. I donate money. I sign up as a delegate. I spread his message to everyone. But I am tired of hearing Dr. Downer! When he gets on a role, he is inspiring. In his interviews, he is always mentioning how things must get worse before the people wake up. In reality, there are a lot of us awake and waiting for the right message to be presented. He needs to use this major news network air time to present a real chance of coming out of this mess. IMHO

Joe

Not sure how to respond.

I see what you're saying.

But.

Ron Paul speaks the truth. Do you want a doctor telling you lies when you need to know what to do to treat your disease, for example?

Ron Paul is a realist. He lives in reality.

And he has a solution.

And people ARE listening. YOU are the hope.

Read this to understand an important lesson in keeping our Liberty. One thing is to be anxiously engaged in a good cause by our own free will and choice and not wait on a leader. YOU (ME) be the leader:

You know, Joe..you make a very good point..
the people want hope. They want real change. Ron could give it to them (us) in FACT. I really hope he goes upbeat after the gloom. I loved your post.

Politics Works Differently

"Politics works differently" ... Unfortunately, the mechanism underlying the working of politics is that nasty word, compromise. We're compromised to oblivion because the electorate doesn't generally hold to the original intent of the US Constitution. Principles should NEVER be compromised and every true American should hold similar principles, i.e. the constitutional principles of our founders, not our own misinterpretation of those principles.

They are listening...

out of necessity if nothing else...

Food for thought Patriots... One of the golden rule in sales is to create a need in which you have a solution...

The sale is half done for us already to sell the Good Dr. Paul... There is a NEED... We have the solution...

The Establishment has been CREATING NEEDS for decades with a solution in mind... Well... it's time for their blowback to arrive... they wanted MORE, BIGGER, MORBIDLY OBESE, INTRUSIVE Gubment... What will they get?

Dr. Paul

Somewhere there are men planning the next destructive and evil ploy to make this world their own... The common man is not part of that plan as we would see fit... Merely pawns to be used against one another.

He needs to now simply present his sound bite solution....

Small, FISCAL government!

Phase out of the IRS....

Phase out of nationalized health care...

Phase out of the restrictive Patriot Act to a better law!

Three points we can all agree on.

And if anyone charters a Bank to create debt-free US Notes, use it ONLY to pay off the IRS balance and then allow that to entirely close down.

Remember folks, the dollar

Remember folks, the dollar will crash even if Ron Paul becomes president.

The pros of a Ron Paul presidency: Ron would allow for an orderly bankruptcy without the use of government tyranny and allow us to dig ourselves out of it.

The cons: The media will blame the dollar collapse on Ron Paul and on free market economics.

We have to hope that Ron Paul's cabinet and Press Secretary (Hopefully it's Tom Woods) are able to explain to the country and the world that the dollar crash was unstoppable and naturally had to occur.

Debbie's picture

Don't see how they can blame him when he predicted it and warned

about it for years!!

Debbie

all you do is have Congress

all you do is have Congress vote to make US notes MONEY, you create the notes from nothing and pay off the debt!!
DUH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The creditors won't accept

The creditors won't accept paper notes... They'll want to be paid in gold/silver/oil or even American land.

Paper is dead.

That's about 2 - 3 Trillion

Foreign owned debt is around 2 - 3 Trillion.
I think they'd avoid destroying their own economies. (without the US, things go haywire in world markets)

If we had a directed and managed default as opposed to this "sky is falling" rhetorical chaos, foreigners would take a sensible approach. Western countries would pound sand but eastern countries would probably "get it" in their own self interest.

The geopolitical aftermath though would be interesting. We definitely won't be the super-power of the world after this event. And that fact is absolutely inevitable.

Also, remember, their currencies are paper too. They are vulnerable to massive contagion. The interconnected-ness is too deep for the US to be totally abandoned in such a way.

The largest 'effects' of this situation will be a 1929 style deflationary depression world wide. It will be worse for more indebted countries and less bad for those with positive balance sheets. And it would last a few years unabated until we hit bottom and start building up again.

The worst thing we could do is try and meddle like we did in the 30's.

Though there are tougher problems specifically for the US. The new deal safety nets would need to be caught by a very determined legislature and President and let down much more softly than the rest of the economy. Sans that, there could be a lot of unnecessary death. Sort of a genocide of those without the means to compensate.

This method is FAR superior to a hyperinflationary event. Those people would be immensely worse off if the bottom dropped out chaotically.

Perhaps Dr. Thomas M Hoenig will be the perfect person to

handle the transition period to unwind the Fed Res, while introducing competing currencies.

I was truly impressed with his testimony at Ron Paul's July 26, 2011 Subcommittee Hearing.
http://www.dailypaul.com/171484/paul-subcommittee-to-examine...

Once they're in prison, including Hank Paulsen....

I think we'll have to bring out the planks.

There's going to be so much anger running in the streets we don't want more bloodshed or anything like that.....Trials will get feisty. So get the voters out in droves.

Vote Ron Paul, more active Military Contributions than any other candidate! Spread the word.

The crowd is different looking....

I've been saying the same thing for a few months now. More and more older people are joining the party... That old southern belle from the SRLC clapping for the Dr. was a defining moment in my eyes.

He said: "We must win

He said:
"We must win it!"
Then he Said:
"If we don't win it, we really won't have much left."
Thats the handwriting on the wall people.

WE MUST WIN IT!

“It does not require a majority to prevail, but rather an irate, tireless minority keen to set brush fires in people's minds”
-Sam Adams

RP says: "We can win this. . . and . . .

we must win this!"

because if we don't

There's not going to be a whole lot left.
