Yes! Connie Mack Penny Plan:

* Mack Penny Plan allows 7.5 - 8 % increase in spending yearly
* while freezing the budget at 2011 level
* and cutting 1% every year for six years.
* This will balance the budget in eight years.
* Items to be cut (by 1% every year) will be up for debate, but if no agreement is reached, it will be applied across the board.

This actually CUTs the federal spending and will allow USA to eventually start reducing debt.

What's so "radical" and "extreme" about that?

Spending junkies must be restrained now and be removed from leadership positions.

Wonderful to see young, vigorous, tenacious, brilliant "Hobbits" rising up to fight for our Freedom!
