Beautiful

Nice interview!

Cavuto = money maker

There is no surprise at all. He's doing exactly what he's been told. Money is the master of all. Impossible to resist!! Talk like a wise man....but..

Lou is totally faked. No blame on him. No body can resists ten of million dollar salary. He sold everything of his. Country and American people mean nothing to him so don't be mesmerized by his smooth talk! Keep going with RP.

Is Rand secretly working for the NWO?

Why do I hear all this slander here against Rand on Daily Paul? Rand is pragmatic while Ron is a purist.

After all that Rand has done already for liberty I am disgusted by what some have said here about him.

You judge a tree by its fruit, and the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

"All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent."
Thomas Jefferson

I can't believe what I'm hearing.

They are not listening to the people? And you are?
Actually, the people say they want to raise taxes on the idle rich and the NWO global corporations. You want to cut taxes for your sugar daddies like the Koch brothers. Who’s not listening? Rand Paul, I hope the apple falls far from the tree. Oh, I see it doesn’t.

The people overwhelmingly want the middle-class safety net programs but the Rands don’t (want to) get it. Who’s listening? Actually, the Rands are listening. They are listening to the Koch brothers. Not the American people.

All this brought to you by Fox—the phone bugging--criminal (news) network. Fox the organization that bugs the phones of murder victims, and everyone else.

I kept hoping these guys were authentic. But they are not. They are corporatists--elitists through and through. I have to stop visiting the “daily paul” which is just a self-deluding emerald city. Liberty? Democracy? You people are arrogant fools.

Your Cave

Go back to it, troll.

POLITICO Breaking News

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) says the White House and Hill Republicans are "very close" to a $3 trillion debt ceiling deal that would include a two-step process to approve an immediate hike in the nation's borrowing power and a second vote later that would require two-thirds of Congress to disapprove of a new increase. The process, McConnell told CNN, would fulfill Obama's demand that any deal take him "through the next election" and include a bipartisan commission to recommend new cuts and revenue enhancement that would report its findings by Thanksgiving.

Our dysfunctional political

Our dysfunctional political system allows a small group of extreme politicians (backed by a small group of wealthy elite) to hold this country hostage. Speaker of the House, Boehner, cannot deliver the necessary votes for a compromise because of opposition in his own party led by Majority House leader, Cantor (the Kochs' boy), and Tea Party leaders. The polls indicate the majority of Americans do not approve of the No compromise position of Cantor and his Tea Party faction - namely the Koch brothers, the Murdoch family and all their ilk and minions who will not accept a repeal of Bush's tax cuts for the extremely wealthy. Unless we realize what is really happening here, that bipartisan commission placed to recommend new cuts and revenue enhancement (to report its findings by Thanksgiving) will report nothing but cuts. The mighty elite will once again walk away with all the spoils.

Why should we care what the

Why should we care what the "big Whig" VP in charge of Propaganda Cavuto thinks?
A vast industry comprised of Koch brothers' spokespeople, front groups, thinktanks, academics and elected officials, all together form a self-sustaining echo chamber used to transform fringe ideas into popular mainstream public policy arguments. Unsurprisingly, Murdoch owned Fox News is a key outlet through which they can accomplish this privatizing of public policy.
At what point do we say enough to this ideological conglomerate control of journalism and politics? This pooling of power and control is what has caused our political and journalistic institutions to lose integrity and to move away from the service they should provide to society.
The ever-exposed corruption of Murdoch's empire, along with the ever-exposed corruption the Kochs cause our country, can no longer run unchecked. With clear eyes we need to examine the power distribution such entities have, and what must be done to bring ethics and standards back into our public sphere.

Why did they stop sharing the same condo?

I wonder what happened that they couldn't share the same place.

I wonder if it's a Father/Son-family thing that goes back to many years ago (maybe Rand and Ron have an ongoing thing that sons and dads tend to have). Or, is it something much more politically-based.

I don't really see Rand as "Ron The 2nd" at all. I never have. I met Rand very coincidentally after a rally for the 2008 GOP Nomination in Atlanta. He was the main speaker. I saw he and his wife walking around and stopped and spoke for a few minutes. I just didn't get the same vibe at all. I realize that is not the be-all, end-all of a man's integrity, but...I dunno...my gut was saying "he's not his Dad and I wonder if he would fold and sell out for the big government seat and wrap it in "My Dad's Legacy lives on" in order to sell it.

If they are one of the most

If they are one of the most powerful families in the country right now...(how right he is!) how come they (Ron Paul) doesn't have a serious chance to win?

Just love Ron and they way he sticks to the core issue!

Cavuto called the Pauls "One of the more powerful families...

...in the country."

It sounds nice but I don't think that they think of themselves as "powerful."

Influential might be more appropriate.

But on the whole, Cavuto seems to be coming around and treating them with respect.

"We have allowed our nation to be over-taxed, over-regulated, and overrun by bureaucrats. The founders would be ashamed of us for what we are putting up with."
-Ron Paul

Have noticed that also.

Have noticed that also. Actually, I've noticed many in the media beginning to treat the message with more respect. I only pray there's enough time. The clock is ticking to 2012....

Why is that?

Because the NWO is going to buy these guys and these guys are ready to sellout.

As I Said

Your cave is awaiting you, troll.

2.4 trillion

will tie the country and the President over till the next election. Government debit cards will obviously be issued in exchange for certain religious and civil liberties quite possibly after this imo. Until then the debt might be addressed by the President solely.

If the 14th amendment is utilized, this could ba good thing. The emphasis and focus on the Constitution would lead to other avenues of attention. ie. wars, departments etc.

I included a transcript...

double post :o

Rand Paul

Spews swords.

Gawd almighty.

Man crush?

Skepticism is always the best way to view politicians. But I do understand that some just need that daddy/savior.

Loved Cavuto's allusion

"When" you are elected next summer as the Republican nominee...

Did anyone else catch that...lol?

On Saturday the House rejected Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid's plan to raise the debt ceiling by a vote of 173-246, a day after the Senate tabled the House's preferred version. The plan was expected to fail in the House, as it was brought up under special rules that required a two-third's majority for passage. Reid will now head up to the White House to meet with President Barack Obama, with time running out before Tuesday's deadline to strike a deal.

Neil Cavuto is indeed a "Big Wig." He is a senior VP for Fox Business..

Fox News

The Murdock company that hacks the cell phones of murder victims families. Liberty forever!

Your Hatred

Don't take it out on the few people who are actually standing up for liberty in this country.

Straight Talk

What is the bill number?

What is the bill number so I can see which Congressmen voted for this?

"Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It's not." (Dr. Seuss)

LMAO!!!!

Great interview, but the part I loved the most was when Ron said that Rand had to move out of the Dc Apartment because Rand wouldn't pay his rent in silver! I feel out of my chair laughing!!! We are so lucky to have this MOST POWERFUL family in Washington looking out for "We the People", and funny too!

Excellent interview!

Btw, I didn't know this but Neil Cavuto is a bigwig at Fox News... Check it out:

http://www.foxnews.com/on-air/personalities/neil-cavuto/bio/...

One thing is for sure is that Neil genuinely likes the Pauls and agrees with their economic and political philosophy.
