Ron Paul in Southeastern Michigan

I justed wanted to take the time to spread some good news this morning.
I spent Christmas at my parents' house in a small town in southeast Michigan. Ron Paul signs are abundant out here! It's a pretty rural area, and these RP signs are the ONLY ones out here. Not a single Dem or other Republican to be found. Not only are the signs numerous, I saw tons of bumper stickers as well.
Even better than that? At least two local businesses have Ron Paul signs displayed prominently in their stores, and are handing out literature to anyone who is interested. Everyone here knows who Ron Paul is, and his support appears to be very widespread.
This was the best Christmas present I got!

That's the problem with MI
We're the most apathetic state out there, even with the advanced primary.
I've seen ONE sign for Romney in the past month, and his Daddy used to be governor here, whereas I've seen about 5 Paul signs and 3 bumper stickers, not including mine.
So even those five give me some hope, also, the signs out over the freeways are great. All things considered, I think most people in Michigan would opt out of politics all in all if they could, lol.

General Apathy
May work to our advantage though. If we find enough motivated RP supporters, we can easily take the primary here. A lot of my left leaning friends from home are backing Ron Paul. The Dems stripped Michigan of their delegates, making that primary useless. I think we'll be seeing a lot of people crossing over to vote RP.

Im from Howell. We have a pretty strong contingent up here, and we are out every weekend doing sign waves and passing out lit.

I'll second that
I'm in southeastern Michigan and while I can't say I see a ton of Ron Paul signs, I can say that I do see them and I don't see signs for any other candidates. People know that I'm a huge supporter so they're always telling me that they're seeing signs and banners. My mom saw a huge tea party banner on a highway overpass a couple weeks ago. A couple others told me they saw big Ron Paul banners on other overpasses. You don't see support like this for any other candidate around here.
