Good News For Americans And The Campaign.

News Corp, owned by Rupert Murdock, is still under investigation:

In my opinion, a complete investigation of the MSM might just turn up the political corruption that has been used against Dr. Paul and many others.

Did you actually think: "the

Did you actually think: "the MSM will have to give Paul coverage now, there is no way they can ignore him"?

They will not ever cover him, not even if he is given the nomination. They will just say: "Well, this race is over - why even have an election, Obama is a sure-thing." "Sean Hannity, how did we get to this point where someone like RP can win the Republican nomination, is it time to completely reform the system?" "Yeah, this really makes America and our election system a big joke." They just won't even cover the election and then just enough to make sure Obama wins and hide the election fraud.

The people who talk about conspiracy are not freaking joking - there really really is one. RP cannot win at any cost necessary - Fact. The military industrial complex and the banks OWN the MSM - FACT. Why would they give RP support when he wants to completely end their scheme? DING. DING. DING!

RP CAN WIN, they just will not let it happen under any circumstance - it is an absolute "NO"! Nuke cities, implode the economy, assassination, false-flags and blame it on RP and "Tea Party/Liberty", martial law... whatever they need to do to stop it. Look at what the banks did when Jackson was trying to end the charter - they threw a freaking fit, plunging the stock market and economy! What do you think is going to happen now when they have 1000s of times more influence?

When are you people going to figure it out? Some of you haven't come full-circle with the "conspiracy" aspect yet. Am I saying lose hope and quit? NO! Just understand that what we are really doing is shattering the Illusion and Brainwashing - this is an Educational Mission.

You're right

You're right. It still makes me angry and disgusted.

Here is his quote in the Iowa Gazette:

"If Paul had won, it would have been taken by people around the country not that the Republican Party did something right, but that Iowa Republicans did something very strange...He's got a small, devoted core of supporters that's not going to get much bigger...In a small pond, a modestly sized rock can make a big splash and that's what Paul did.

Screw this guy. I'm going to leave him a friendly voicemail informing him, "I'm a Paul supporter. Enjoy hearing for the small, devoted core."

Just left him a messsage...

of disapproval in his voicemail. I simply indicated that I was a Ron Paul supporter, and that I'm tired of seeing him get marginalized by journalists, and that the tactics used in 2008 will not be nearly as successful today. Others should do this as well, just be prudent with the message you leave.

At your bidding...

Professor Goldford,

Thank you for mentioning Ron Paul's small, devoted core of supporters in the Iowa Gazette. Mainstream media won't even mention his name. Just to let you know I am one of these "small, devoted core."

Seeing you are a professor of politics, I thought I'll share this video with you as it pertains directly to your field of expertise:

Thank you.

Image is so-o important...

from here to November 2012!
I attended the debate on Thursday, but came back to Wisconsin to be with extended family here in the northwoods of Mercer. On way back East through Iowa on Hwy 20, I passed another car with my brights on(DUMMY ME!). Then, I'm sure they saw my Ron Paul bumper sticker and thought: "Oh, so that's what the Ron Paul people are like."
Just my little warning and advice. Don't be afraid to speak your onions, but beware, the world is watching!
No matter who is put up against our good Dr., there are issues guaranteed to beat them, if we only present them in good light and, most importantly, the truth.

– Thomas Jefferson

A Question was asked on How many tickets did Ron Paul and his staff give out at Iowa Straw Poll?

Answer Please.

"Never be afraid to raise your voice for honesty and truth and compassion against injustice and lying and greed. If people all over the world...would do this, it would change the earth. "
— William Faulkner

Not sure.

But down the page a ways, a commenter says that RP staff sold 4000 tickets for $10 each, which sounds to me like they didn't "give away" any.
But they did sell them at a discount price.

they were giving some tix

away, at least 1 week before. also, Grassroots rp2012.org was giving tix away.

Thank You kindly

Biased Media Coverage of Ron Paul's Strong Showing?

There's an interesting analysis of media coverage of Dr. Paul's strong showing in the Iowa straw poll at http://westcoastsuccess.wordpress.com/2011/08/14/is-ron-paul... ("Is Ron Paul Getting a Fair Shake in the Media? Watching the Watchers...").

In short, Tim Pawlenty, who placed a distant third (with half the votes Ron Paul received) got substantially more media mentions than Dr. Paul.

Why does the media ignore Ron Paul's message and successes?

SteveMT's picture

Welcome LibRT. Who owns the media?

The Military-Industrial complex and those banksters.

Ron Paul: Stop the wars and End the Fed.

See the reality clash now?

Re: Biased Media Coverage

And now that Pawlenty's dropped, Fox is now fawning over Santorum. The guy creeps me out with his adolescent need to categorize everything in black and white terms. I don't know if other outlets will follow suit and start courting Santorum.

All of MSM are going to keep up their love affair with Perry. I just hope that before long they will realize they are flirting with a GW Bush repeat and knock it off.

All that they...

... are doing is antagonizing, at this point in time but growing, about 20% to 30% of the GOP base, who will not vote for their neo-con nominee. Hence, they are setting Obama on course for a second term. The stupidity of the GOP elite is amazing.

However, my prediction is when they see they can't win this battle, they will try the Mitch McConnell's approach after Rand Paul won Kentucky. "We need to kiss and make up." I for one will NEVER kiss and make up. They have permanently alienated me.

Yes. McConnell + Reid are BUMs = Backstabbers United for Mediocrity.

Welcome to the dailypaul!

I hope you stick around. If you do you will find the answer to your question.

that last question is rhetorical?!

Yahoo On Fire with Ron Paul Talk

Things are changing. Everyone is beginning to wake up and understand that this one party system is fixed against him and they do not like it. I have never seen such favorable messages of hope, cheer and patriotism towards freedom and the awakening from the media bias Matrix.

I agree with the others that said

2nd place is a BIG win for the Dr.

While only reading about ten posts below...

I will say that Ron Paul did very well in yesterday's Iowa straw poll, finishing 152 votes behind Michele Bachmann. He definitely met (and may have slightly exceeded) his expectations. Like others said, his finishing second means that his opposition cannot discredit the poll. The establishment, at this point, is afraid of him, because yesterday's showing is a potential indicator that he could carry some states in next year's primaries. This is something that they will do anything possible to prevent. Imagine their shock and horror when they won't be able to do that. Things are going to get interesting, as we are just getting our feet wet at this point.

Just watched the recording

of the winner announcement at Ames. That is seriously suspicious. I mean, the guy mentions the winner, says good night, and runs off stage. I would not be the least surprised if they did something as simple as switching Boughtmann's and Dr. Paul's totals. Who knows for sure. But we're talking less than 200 votes so who's going to notice, right? One thing we do know is that his opposition can't afford to be fair.

In my opinion, this close of a second place is BETTER then a win

His close second is too close to ignore, but still second- so they cant attack.
To attack him now would place him in frontrunner status and they are afraid of him. They cant touch him, hes too clean.
He watches his campaign and everything they do to stay with in the law. But this is second hand to him because he does not get involved too deeply in the first place. He knows some are out to get him.
He must stay aloof at times on certain things and it angers some supporters, but they do not know what he is doing and why he takes-OR DOES NOT take actions they think he should.
To trust in Ron, is to trust all the way.
Do not give him advice, he needs none.
Do not argue, this saddens him.
No malice and smiles all around- even through these times and they will flock to us in DROVES.
Leave the rabid republicans be. They will come around, they are just mad about stuff. Nothing Ron did, but they blame everyone. Ignore them and they will come around.
They are reading our comments and hearing our noise but they are listening is the point.
I trust in Americans. Most are sheep and asleep, but Paul is the wake up alarm and what a sound he makes.

So now we have learned, if they attack- he is polished enough to bring his full message forward.
If they dont attack, he carries on with his campaign and has no distractions.

I see second place in Iowa as a very, very good outcome and have may just tipped the scales.
Think about it.
If he won- he would be attacked from all sides. Now they are silenced- to attack is to make him the front runner- but he did not win the poll, so why would they be attacking him in the first place? They must ignore him. But people are looking for answers, like we were in 07/08.
They will find it like we did....Through the internet.
Paul knows this thats why he loves the internet!

Paul has everything and he doesnt even need the money they need.
Now they need to raise $50 to every Paul dollar raised.
Why? Because-
They spend like liberals on their campaigns and Paul is a practiced conservative and uses this philosophy to save, let his supporters do the work and win.
He does this every time in his own district and is smarter then even most his own supporters realize.

Let them ignore him. He has built 12 successful campaigns and won using their IGNORance.
The more they ignore and the worse things get the more people will find Ron.
We dont have to find them!
They will find us.
Just like we found Paul.
It wasnt Christmas- but it sure felt like it!
Remember when you first heard Ron?
This is happening all over the country every day and is a ground swelling up like the Japan Tsunami.
Every one who looks for an alternative will find Paul.
Just like we did.

Iowa in my opinion, gave us the PERFECT results.

"OH NO! He has a SON?" Neoconservatives and Liberals EVERYWHERE!

Rand Paul 2016

Witnessing the Bachmann peak

After reading she would be on all five Sunday talk shows, I realized she is probably peaking. It will now be an all out assault on her to dig up something huge or to make he say something horrible.

Ron can just keep coasting working on the ground game.

Youre right!

Hes like the tortise!!lol

Bachmann will implode.
She cant handle it.
I feel great weakness in her for something and I dont know what.
I too, think something is gonna be dropped on her authoritarian head!
