  1. 28.55% (4823 votes) – Michele Bachmann
  2. 27.65% (4671 votes) – Ron Paul
  3. 13.58% (2293 votes) – Tim Pawlenty
  4. 9.81% (1657 votes) – Rick Santorum
  5. 8.62% (1456 votes) – Herman Cain
  6. 4.25% (718 votes) – Rick Perry (write-in)
  7. 3.36% (567 votes) – Mitt Romney
  8. 2.28% (385 votes) – Newt Gingrich
  9. 0.41% (69 votes) – Jon Huntsman
  10. 0.21% (35 votes) – Thaddeus McCotter

    11. 0.96% (162 votes) – "Scattering" (votes for people not on the ballot who got less than 1%)

(16,892 votes total minus the above summed still leaves 56)

The crowd just heckled the crap out of Romney SO badly but with disappointing questions. It seems they were democrats who showed up to give the perceived national front runner a hard time.

They asked mostly about social security and making sure the program was not on the chopping block.

Would have been a softball for Ron Paul - he would have just said, "let's cut military spending while we find a way to make social security solvent".

For the first time since Congressman Ron Paul announced in May that he will be running for president, he was joined on the campaign trail by his son, Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul.

The two made four stops across Iowa on Wednesday -- speaking on how a Ron Paul presidency would be beneficial to America.

They started their day in Mason City, Iowa – but ABC News caught up with the father-son duo in Waterloo, Iowa. Ron and Rand Paul spoke to a crowd of about 50 people during a lunchtime meet and greet.

Ron Paul had an optimistic assessment of the current economic condition in America, saying that the financial turmoil is temporary. He then presented proposals for what he would do as president to correct the ship, one of which includes eliminating the capital gains tax.

Mitt is a strong public speaker, I see bachmann falling over and going into a seizure if anyone confronts her in that fashion.
