Senator Chuck Grassley, Republican of Iowa, says SEC may have destroyed documents

“From what I’ve seen, it looks as if the SEC might have sanctioned some level of case-related document destruction,” said Sen. Chuck Grassley, Republican of Iowa, in a letter to the agency’s chairman, Mary Schapiro.

“It doesn’t make sense that an agency responsible for investigations would want to get rid of potential evidence. If these charges are true, the agency needs to explain why it destroyed documents, how many documents it destroyed over what timeframe, and to what extent its actions were consistent with the law.”

It seems the

new strategy is announce that "some agency may have been guilty of something!" then some fraud puts a group together to investigate and either finds them innocent, not party to the information they needed, or just generally incompetent but THEY WILL NEVER FIND THEM GUILTY! They are never held accountable meaning fired or jailed! If I had my choice, there would be a bubble in the rope market.

They'll get away with it. They always do.

The more laws they saddle us Little People with, the more lawlessness reigns in the higher places.

Something tells me that eighteen months from now...

These people will be begging for the justice they presently defy.

Senator!! Drop the act!
Question is . . .
Who from those financial organizations is now working within the SEC?? OR, who within the upper levels of the SEC owns 10 or 50 or 100,000 shares in some of those companies?

It's no mystery folks.
