"First they ignore you, then they laugh at you..." The Tipping Point

We (Ron Paul, his 2012 campaign, and all of his supporters) reached a milestone this weekend.

We crossed over that imaginary line where the primary defense against the rising tide of liberty and Ron Paul's presidential campaign can be censorship.

Don't get me wrong. I don't mean that the political establishment won't continue to ignore him whenever possible. And I don't mean to claim that they haven't already been laughing at and fighting Ron Paul and all who support him.

But it has now been called to the attention of a critical number of people that the emperor is naked and that the establishment news media ignore Ron Paul, and they will never again be able to do this with the same level of impunity.

So what's next? More active dismissal of his relevancy and electability. More acknowledgement that they ignore him but, "So what?".

They have other tactics to employ and will use them as needed. But even bad publicity is better than no publicity, especially when what you are trying to suppress is an IDEA and not a man.

This has been a great victory.
