Effective forms of spreading the word...

I am mass producing thousands of flyers and i have me and a few friends who are passing out them out at apartment complexes and neighborhoods. My question is--Is this an effective way to get Ron Pauls name out there? Does anyone have any ideas on other ways to get his name out?

the question was...

If canvassing neighborhoods putting flyers in doors was an effective way to get the message out that Ron Paul is a serious contender for presidency. I dont want to waste my time so in your opinion what is they most effective and least expensive way to help out? Also great list, im just trying to figure what the most effective way to go about campaigning for him.

Take a clipboard

Take a clipboard and do not just hang the flyer, knock on the door. When they answer try to engage them as you give them the info.

Figure out your own style in how you talk with them. It can go many ways, they may just close the door on you, proclaim they already support Ron Paul, or anything in between, but that's not the point.

Once you have finished with them make a note of their address and how it went. Possibly a yes, no, maybe as to their support of Ron Paul, or a 1 to 5 level, whatever.

Now, the next time there is something important, like the weeks prior to the primary you can focus on just those that scored say 3 or more on the 1 to 5 and make sure they get out and vote.

Also, now that you have a list of Ron Paul supporters you can start a meetup group for your neighborhood and branch out.

The most important thing, above all else, is to have fun with this.
