They have another name for...

... Super Committee in the one-party states in Africa. There they call it a Government of National Unity. The Super Committee "elevates" us the same level of government that is common place in Africa: one-party rule, or by a committee of "national unity."

The amount is probably much higher than that

How much of the $31.5 million donated by law firms came from firms that represent Wall Street Firms?

Besides donations, how much was spent by or on behalf of Wall Street firms for lobbying?

Congress donated (libated) itself to "Super Congress?"

The US House of Representatives originates all United States of America (USA) appropriations. It's a bird? It's a plane? No. It's the Constitution!

Not sitting President. Not dancing Senate. Not redacting privilege of the US House of Representatives.

"Super Congress" is aggrandizement of something much less... 12 puppets dancing & one sitting. Libating cash flow.

Libation is an act of pouring a liquid as a sacrifice (as to a deity). Alas, not Supper Congress. Thou shall not become an official act of Congress.
